A favorite store for the athletic women in your life. Great colors and fits for bodies of all shapes and sizes. We especially love the shirts, swimsuits and summer dresses. A wonderful staff and a very clean and inviting store.

Definitely have to try their clothes on. I've ordered online and had to exchange a few times. A little pricey but if it's good quality I'll buy it.

I recommend this place, most specifically for running bras, because they have a support rating system and a huge selection of different bras that includes larger sizes. They also have lots of high quality work out clothing and even cute bathing suits, dresses, and hoodies. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I kept seeing cute shorts online but hesitated to order from a brand I didn't know. I walked by the store in Walnut Creek and decided to check it out. I could tell everything was very high quality and I was impressed with the selection. Then I found the travel pants! OMG, the most comfortable and well-designed pants I have ever worn. They are not cheap but the quality is outstanding! Beyond that, the staff member was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find my size. I bought 2 colors but I'll buy more because these will be amazing for an upcoming trip. The pants fit true to size plus the store policies are excellent. I love this shop and I'm super impressed with everything the company stands for :)

Experienced total frustration from customer service. Ordered online and all the clothes delivered were HUGE. No receipt or return label in delivery. This company has worked very hard to make it impossible to get someone on the phone. When I called their 800 number, I was redirected to a medical device ad before customer service, the online return page wasn't functioning and as long as they have your money, - guess what, - they DO NOT CARE! I have not been able to leave a review for the clothes ordered and returned. I am waiting for a refund. If you ever return anything to them, make sure you get a tracking number, so you can have the delivery date and time. Even with that, their customer service STILL CANNOT FIND OR PROCESS THE RETURN.

Patti helped me find the Walnut Creek store when I called in (free parking nearby at the cinema!) and helped me select 4 fabulous things for my daughter. She even tried on a top for me, and showed me all the cool features on the clothes. She also arranged to mail the choices to my daughter in Arizona and enclosed her personal card with directions to call her if the fit was wrong. I felt like I made a friend as well as found great selections with her help. Thanks so much!!!

WORST customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. I had noticed a dress on their website and happened to be nearby so thought I would stop in and see if they had it, or something similar, in store. Incidentally, I had just come from a wonderful shopping experience nearby at Anthropologie where the associates, every single one of them, are consistently friendly and helpful. I arrive at the door and notice a sign that says "only three customers at a time" (due to Covid). Totally reasonable and expected. There's a cart blocking the entry so they can manage the number of people coming in, with a bottle of hand sanitizer on it. Also expected and completely fine. There is NO ONE in the store. Not. One. Person. Two associates are doing something with the store decor at the register (obviously not time sensitive), and I stood there outside in the cold for probably ten minutes before one finally looks over and instructs me to apply hand sanitizer. She doesn't greet me at ANY TIME and doesn't budge one inch to bother and come over and let me in. FINALLY she walks over and now of course I'm irritated at the extremely poor first impression. After not finding what I wanted I said "you know, that was pretty disappointing, that you stood there for so long and didn't bother greeting me at all or come over to let me in sooner". She just stared at me blankly and then the other associative announces herself as the store manager (Patty), and tells me that it's Covid (what that has to do with what just happened I have no clue), and implies I should be more patient. Then, 15 SECONDS later, she proceeds to tell me to leave "her" store! Ummm, what?! Not your store, you represent the company, btw. Don't you dare jump to this "Karen" stuff as an excuse for YOUR apathy when I was quiet and respectful during the entire 5 minutes I was in the store. Do you know what your role with customers is?! You work with customers. If you don't like it, get a job where you work at home for God's sake. Check the camera's, corporate. I never raised my voice ONCE. Again, I shop a LOT, and this was the rudest I have EVER seen a sales associate, much less store manager, in my entire life. I will NEVER purchase from Title Nine, store or online, for hiring this incredibly rude individual. Terrible company culture for allowing this. I get better service getting my tires rotated.

I was so happy to support a woman-owned small business. I went in to the Walnut Creek store, was helped nicely, purchased 2 sports bras, both unavailable, so the saleswoman ordered them online for me and let me know I'd receive them in a week. All good.1 week, 1 1/2 weeks go by, no sports bras delivered. Called the store to inquire during open hours, no one answered the phone. Tried 10 more times that day and the next day during open hours, no one answered the phone. Sent an email to customer service.Heard back from customer service with the following message: "Thanks for the email. This order had to be canceled as the credit card number was transposed when the order was placed. I suggest that you place a new order online."The salesperson transposed the number? Ok, mistakes happen. Were they ever going to let me know? And why don't they answer the phone in the store. Ugh, too much work. Training for a marathon is easier. I'll go somewhere else.

I went to title nine and I got the ACCENT PANTS and I love them!!! I wear them everywhere! Great service, Patty helped me and knew exactly what I wanted. I even went back and I got the stealth tank top which is so light weight and comfortable. There are some real gems in this store.
