This tj Maxx is ok, they don't keep alot of things stocked the way they should so it makes for a pretty dismal shopping experience but overall it's pretty good. I'll be going back to get certain things there.

Rude Latina manager and employee at the purse section, Glenylis. She did not want me to try on a purse unless I was going to buy it. She said "it takes too much time to open and put back purses" and if I want to buy it she will let me try it on otherwise she isn't going to. How am I going to know if I want to buy it without trying on the purse? I told her that and she gave me a smart remark saying "look at it like this" and lifting up the bag while it's locked and twisting it in the air. If that's the case then it should be like that for everything else in the store. She was extremely rude and lazy. Complained to the manager with spider leg looking eyelashes who wouldn't even apologize and looked for any excuse to cover up for employee in the wrong. She did not care what I had to say and kept saying excuses like well you wanted to try on multiple of bags and our policy is one per bag (I only wanted to try two and I was never told that. I was told I can't try it on), and it's a designer bag that's why she didn't let you (it's DKNY BRAND!!! $40) These people need to be reevaluated and with that managers attitude she does not need to be a manager if she can't stand to hear what people have to say. Disgusting behavior tonight I will never return or recommend this location to anyone.

The manager of this store was so rude to us. As we were approaching to pay for our items. My sister noticed there was a hydro flask behind the counter, so we proceeded to ask the cashier if it was on hold and the manager in the back “Jackie” butts in and said oh it’s $29.99 and it just felt so wrong for her to say that because we didn’t even asked for the price.. We ASKED if it was on hold.. But instead she proceeded to tell us the price which was so unprofessional of her. Making it seem like we couldn’t afford it.. Everyone in the line after the manager had left, the customers were all like yeah that’s was very uncalled for. Highly upset, we come to this store to buy items but instead we get disrespected.

Our local TJ Max is a three minute trip from home for me. My ring, stop shop; place to shop for jewelry where I can find silver and gold or a proper wardrobe for committee meetings and job interviews. The employees in one way or another help me achieve my goal to let each person be themself. I appreciate "Randy" in the jewelry department knowing me and has a fun sense of humor and treated me like family. It's clear he works double shifts and needs to be promoted to a management position since he's been so dedicated to serving customers needs or customer satisfaction. Randy makes customers feel like buying necklaces and not spending too much if you feel like you're alone. Randy knew I couldn't turn down my purchase in men's jewelry- Thank you so much Randy for showing that you care. He's man enough to be a man about promoting space around me while gazing awhile at men's necklaces that stay with us forever-- The last time I bought a new necklace I gave it away. My friend from Portland, Oregon. I also applied for a job and interviewed at the SIERRA store near Janzen Beach and Vancouver, Washington. Looking forward for another job interview soon in San Francisco at Unlimited Biking

Definitely recommended store, the staff is nice and courteous. Recently the store has quality products at a very affordable price.

Clean but extremely small, honestly the smallest TJMaxx I’ve ever been in. There were almost no small shirts in any of the women’s sections. Very disappointing, especially for this area.

Return policy is terrible and prices are now super high. Just doesn't make sense to shop here anymore. Better deals at amazon. Selection is getting bad now too. This location especially is really bad. Service always comes with attitude...

The Caucasian male employee at the jewelry counter is trying to stop me from buying a 14k bracelet that was on sale. He insisted that the item is plated even though the product clearly stated it's not, and he put it back even after I said I was buying it. He said "This bracelet is half the length of that $150 necklace so what do you think it is? It's plated!" He was also unwilling to help me with other items. I've been to this location many times and I do not enjoy dealing with this particular employee. I understand that everybody wants a good deal, but I expect professionalism in the workplace. Thank you.

Too expensive. Ross or even TJ Max in Concord has better pricing and stuff. I bought bath rugs. $30/pk of 2.

Very busy store. It appears that everyone that enters buys someone. They have a great selection of sweaters, but a slim variety of dresses. I was on a quest for a sweater and found several I liked. I settled on one and then got in line. The line was very long. I spent as much time in line than I did shopping. I was surprised that everyone was so causal. No one complained or looked impatient. Maybe it's like this is how it's all the time. This was my 2nd time in the store and my 1st purchase. I had time so it wasn't an issue, but this isn't an in and out store. It is good to see they have good business.
