Brad and his team are awesome. Don't talk to DMV department at TWC. She will make you feel your English is not enough. She will turn around while on the phone and talk to her friend and she will say: "she is not listening, she is not letting me talk" I got +fine dmv registration fee and the car we exchange has nothing to do with us anymore.Brad and his team has more patience toward to very frustrated customers like me. Thank you!

Many years ago, I purchased my vehicle from here and I had such a good experience that I thought I would come back to trade it in. Big mistake! Waste of my time. The guy that was assigned to my transaction, Alex, was playing games the whole time. Leaving for extended periods of time to "talk to his manager" and then coming back and leaving to "talk to a different manager" playing good cop, bad cop. After we agreed on a realistic number, not the far below Kelly blue book number they originally offered me, Alex went to go "talk to his manager" again and came back with some papers to finalize the transaction. At this time, the number that was jotted on the paperwork was not what we agreed on. When I questioned as to what the final number was, he responded with a different number than we agreed on. When I confronted the fact that it was different than what we just agreed on, he didn't know what to say other than "I could have sworn that's what we agreed on," and "the mangers really didn't want to go higher than the original amount so we had to push for this number." Absolute waste of time going back and forth to end with them trying to switch the numbers and hope I didn't notice. I would not recommend giving any business to this dealer. On a side note, the desk we were stuck sitting at while waiting and waiting was covered in ants.

Traveling across country and needed some car electronics checked out. They got me in quickly and ran diagnostics. I'll get the issues fixed back home where service is less expensive. Thankfully, nothing dangerous was wrong.

Vicky was great, making it so stress-free to get the exact color and features I wanted in my new RAV4 Hybrid Limited! And the price was $1 below MSRP - no dealer markups! When I placed the $500 deposit to get on the waiting list, Vicky estimated it could take 3-6 months and sure enough, the car was allotted to me 2 months later and was built and delivered a month later. I'm a very happy customer and highly recommend Toyota Walniut Creek and Vicky!! Every other dealership in this area had at least a $4995 to $7995 dealer markup for RAV4 Hybrids

**SERVICE Department Review**My wife and I Have been servicing our Toyotas here for over a decade, but no longer will return. Recently I purchased a brand new Tundra, complete with a pre paid service package. Trip # 1I work graveyards and I made a 7:00am appointment form my routine oil change and 5,000 mile service. Was told it would take a few hours. When I hadn't received a phone call at 3:30 pm, I took an Uber down there, only to learn around 4:00pm they never serviced the truck I dropped off 9 hours earlier. So I had to bring the truck back ANOTHER time. Trip #2 Months later I decided to give them another try and went for another ROUTINE Oil change and 5,000 mile service. I also had a key fob that needed a new battery, and provided them both of my key fobs. I picked the truck up.. parked it in my driveway for a couple days. When I went back to my truck, there was a large oil spill on my driveway. They failed to replace the oil dipstick and there was oil all over my engine compartment. After driving the truck to work, I smelled the burned oil for a few days. So I dropped the truck back off AGAIN. They cleaned the trucks engine. Which helped. They filled the oil back up. They sent someone to my house to professionally clean my driveway, which was appreciated. But they forgot to reset the trucks computer, so it still shows my truck needs an oil change. So that will be ANOTHER trip. And they placed the new battery in the wrong key fob, so I have still have one fob with no battery. Long story short, TWO routine services has turned into FIVE visits to the service department. I buy Toyotas because I don't have time to be dealing with maintenance issues. So we will be finding a new service department to use moving forward.

Amer helped us get a new van for our family. He was kind, thorough, not pushy, and got us in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time. They have this coolTouch screen thing too so it's a very transparent and easy process. Feels much more like what car buying should be in 2023.

Review specifically for John Nguyen sales manager. One of the best experience I have in purchasing a car. John was super helpful, upfront, and able to get me in and out within hours of being there. No hidden package deal, no BS of trying to keep me there for hours just so they can take more money. Very respectful guy! If you ever need to buy a car John is the person to go to.

Supposedly this Toyota dealership is unique in the bay area for no-pressure sales. That's cool but I wanted that new electric car (BZ4x) with the $7500 lease rebate and they had a quick return which made it a tad cheaper than our nearby Toyota dealership. My last Toyota (Matrix) lasted for 21 years and the check engine wasn't gonna turn off unless I gave more than the trade-in value I eventually received for her. They threw in a turbo charger for the new car. Go see Matt H. (or anyone) and tell 'em John sent ya.

I am beyond grateful for the exemplary service I received from the team here. Everybody I interreacted with was very nice but special thanks to Carlos who not only made myself comfortable being a first time buyer but went out of his way to make my parents feel included. Carlos was incredibly attentive and listening to all my concerns. He was knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. He already has us thinking about buying our second vehicle from this location! Despite the challenges I faced with a previous dealership (Toyota Vacaville, Do not recommend), they made it their mission to turn things around and ensure complete satisfaction with my most recent purchase. The car had to be ordered He took the time to explain the difference between the different models and kept us updated on the making and delivery of the car. My wife and I really enjoyed our purchase experience at this dealership. The ability to work with just the 1 scheduled saleperson, who was very accommodating, knowledgeable and free of any pressure to buy was 80% of the process. The rest of the positive interaction was the transparency of the numbers to finalize the purchase contract. We saw on the monitor exactly what the salesperson was seeing, what we were paying and the optional costs associated with our purchase. Instead of spending 5-6 hours haggling with a team of unknown people a salesperson would have in side conversations, our process in Walnut Creek took half the time and that included viewing and test driving several cars, purchase contract, final detailing, fueling and the delivery of the car. I would rate 5 stars if the process was quicker.

This is the second time I have bought a vehicle at Toyota Walnut Creek. Both times I worked with Jon Sciacqua! I had a great experience for both.4 years after buying my 4Runner, I wanted something different. More Lux and family like. I was interested in the new Grand Highlanders that were coming to the lot in July. I contacted Jon to see what my options were and to see what my trade in value would look like. For the car I wanted, with special color and trim level, i was looking at about a 2 month wait till they would see it on the lot. They did have one coming in the next 10 days, but it had already been claimed. I told Jon that I wanted to test drive one as soon as one did come in.9 days later I went to see the model I wanted at Concord Toyota just to get a feel for it. They were trying to get me to buy the one they had (different color), and trying to get me to put a deposit down on one that they had coming sooner than the two month one I was waiting for. I entertained the idea and asked for more Information. They came back saying that there was a $3000 markup on any held deposit on grand highlanders. I laughed. They said they were going to be in such high demand and I wouldn’t find what I wanted else where. But i already had one without markup coming in two months .. or so I thought….The next day I got a call from Jon at 3:30 pm asking how quickly I could get down to Walnut Creek. He told me the car i wanted just became available. The original person passed on his hold and it was now up for grabs! I quickly drove down there. And because I was already working with Jon, he had a lot of my information already in hand ready to go.The process was super easy and fast. Jon is always super transparent about pricing and details. We were raced against time to finish as there were other people also interested in the vehicle.Overall the process took about two hours. That included Trade in, loan offer, and signing. I got a good price for my trade in and a good interest rate for my loan. Jon got me right where I wanted to be in terms of payment amount. I didn’t pay over MSRP like many other dealerships are doing right now, especially for the Grand Highlanders.The whole thing felt like a dream it was all working out so perfectly. I was getting my car two months sooner than expected! Before I knew it I was done and driving home in my new 2024 Grand Highlander!I love my car and I love having an easy car buying process. Thank you to Jon Sciacqua again for a great experience at Toyota Walnut Creek.
