I relied on this store for mail and packages in the last couple of years.
It is one of the best run UPS stores I have dealt with in at least two states.
They care about the customers and always strive to do a great job and to provide excellent customer service.
There can be a wait sometimes because so many people count on them. But the wait is worth it for the outstanding service they provide. Thank you for helping me with my mail and packages these last couple of years. It provided me with consistency in a time of transition.

I was there for the notary. Very bad service. Doesn’t know how to do things correctly. Never ever visiting this place for the notary. Told her to put just one name, while she was saying it has to be two names with A.K.A between them (exactly same names) - which is stupid, very stupid.

I came in to print just 4 pages, but the staff printed over 30 pages without my request and charged me for all of them. I never asked for that, and no one clarified before printing. Completely careless and unprofessional.
Also, one of the employees had very poor hygiene — it was honestly uncomfortable to be near her. It’s shocking that this is tolerated in a public-facing business.
This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.

Best ups store I’ve ever been to. Karen and team are so nice and always go out of their way to make sure everything is handled perfectly. Multiple times when I’ve gone out of town or needed any assistance shipping, I can always know that I will be able to rely on them. Truly grateful for the hard work and amazing customer service of this team and store

This employee by the name of Gizzele was very rude.
I was returning an amazon package & decided to recycle a box. However, she questioned if I had received a package in that box and I said yes. She said I can only recycle a box if it has a previous shipping label or residue from a previous label, I explained I had removed it. She said she couldn’t accept it because of that.
Reason #2 she mentioned there was a brand on the box and couldn’t take it. The brand was literally 2 inches long.
Again, I tried explaining that I was recycling a box and there was 2 separate boxed items in the recycled box. I asked why did it matter if there was a brand on the box and she then said “because that’s what’s inside” and I said no I just told you like 5x that I am recycling a box and there’s 2 other boxed items in that box. And she would continue with “I know but I can’t take it if it says whats inside” or “you have to box it up in another box” or “i know but there’s no residue from a label”
She then realized she was going back n forth with herself and scanned my barcode and yet again tried to tell me one more time. I said “you don’t have to tell me anything, you keep going in circles” then again she said “I know but im just trying to be on the same page as you” and continued to try and tell me I was wrong but had already handed me my receipt.
I visit this location all the time and I have never received such horrible customer service. She clearly doesn’t want to be there.
The line was to the door and even that wasn’t enough reason to accept the fact that she was wrong. She was jumping into conclusions since the beginning. Im attaching a photo for the owner to see exactly who this review is about. I believe she’s the employee all these other reviews are about, the attitude is disgusting and has show zero interest in her job. This was her face expression the whole time.
When a customer goes into a UPS store we go in and expect to be out within 5-10 mins. It took me 25 mins to get 6 packages scanned because of her.

I WAS ROBBED BY THIS STORE! DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE FOR ANY REASON
Update 8/22 - Don't be fooled by the owners response to this review. I wrote to them and they only reached back when I contacted the better business bureau. The owner Kuldip Chohan framed his response that I was wrong for expecting a replacement for the insured item his manager stole from me.
Original post: This simple statement would have saved me $1200 but the workers here failed to let me know that my insurance claim would be denied if I packed the parcel myself. Mind you I bought the packaging in store. THIS IS NOTHING SHORT OF NEGLIGENCE. I was not notified or even offered their Pack and Ship Guarantee. These people clearly do not care about the customer and are not knowledgeable about their company policy but they were more than happy to take my money for insurance. YES I PAID FOR INSURANCE AND GOT NOTHING FOR MY LOST PACKAGE!
WILL NEVER RETURN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU

Told an employee i had instructions for an insured item and I needed to make sure the parcel met the qualifications (I handed her a detailed printout of what the criteria was to meet said qualifications). She took the paper, read it, then said she had no clue what to do and couldn't help me.
So I buy bubble wrap (my literal last $5) and proceed to start fixing my parcel to meet the qualification on the printout.
She goes "You need to work on your question asking skills because I could've done that for you."
You can't make this up. Customer service and competence come to mind as focus areas for this location going forward. I was dead broke, I couldn't afford the $2 box she tried to sell me afterward lol. So embarrassing...

Rudest worker I’ve come across in a long time: Carla was very unhelpful and did not answer any of my questions. She typed my name wrong and then said that she “didn’t have time to start over”. She charged me for the envelope, cancelled my shipment, and ushered me out even though it was still before 6:00pm.
Unfortunately, I have to continue coming back for convenience. Hopefully, tomorrow I get the manager.

I often choose this UPS location to return Amazon packages, however, I have decided to use a different location going forward. This year alone, this store has closed earlier than the posted hours. It’s very inconvenient to make the trip out there only to find out the employees have decided to close doors anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes early. The first time I was annoyed, but let it go (as well as the second time) but after three times, I have decided to express my frustrations.

They charged me $48.64 to overnight a letter from the Bay Area to Bakersfield. 3 days later it hasn't gotten there.I came in the store and was told they took my money and just mailed my letter by US Mail!This is just fraud. They charged almost fifty bucks to overnight a critically important letter, and instead just threw it in the mailbox.Karla the manager thought the right reaction to me complaining about being ripped off in this way was to educate me "for next time": "You see here where the tracking number starts with 947011? If it is supposed to be overnight the tracking number will start with 1Zblah blah" -- so my bad for not knowing their internal numbering system.They just rip people off.

Rude!!! I came in to ship out my old nespresso pods, both of the ladies at the desk had attitudes with anyone they were helping. It wasn't even busy, they just looked miserable and wanted to take out their misery on customers. Literally had my package snatched out of my hands and I still tried to be kind and say thank you.

Can't trust them to get your package going in time. Had an urgent shipment for my small business and dropped it off at 4:30. Didn't leave the store until 2 days later. Completely pointless when you try to overnight something.
