Jessica is such a helpful and sweet associate! I’ve always had the worst experience at the local USPS but this place tops it by far! Jessica quickly helped me package and mail five different items to 5 different addresses in no time. Plus, she was super thankful for me choosing their store.

They wanted to charge me $80 dollars for a package. I went to fedex and same delivery time it was $35 with signature. Something fishy at this location!

Helpful staff - needed to ship a variety of documents and they patiently helped walk through options on delivery dates, tracking, and notary services. Been to many shipping locations and this was one of my best experiences!

Notary lady has a terrible attitude , she seems as if she needs to retire or check herself , as she talks to employees and customers extremely unprofessional. I won’t be returning because of her. Also upon getting my document notarized she attempted to claim that the payment had to be put in the persons name who was not paying for the service and also offered them a copy of my document without my permission. We got the job and I was able to record the transaction for my records but won’t return for their services unless she retires. Don’t need to be doing this type of work if you can’t be respectful and also not insert yourself into notary business aside from being the witness you are hired to be. Thanks for the service ups we will visit a different location next time

Thank you Laccie! She helped me with a livescan and mailing a package, and delivered perfect customer service. There was an insane rush when I was in the store and she was there by herself - but she crushed it and was so helpful and kind to every customer the whole time. Laccie, your employer is lucky to have you managing this location.
