My experience was great at this location. I had multiple Amazon returns and the ladies working helped me send them out with ease! I highly recommend this friendly place.

The attendant Frank is the absolute worst.
Has denied multiple things and given attitude and worst of all rejected things because he’s claimed they weren’t up to specifications.
I’ve then taken those exact items to another UPS store and they’ve taken them no problem. This has happened 4 times that for awhile we would drive up and see if he was working and if he was we would just go to another store because he always has an attitude and tries to upsell things.
This is a bad ups store simply because of this worker. I have stopped trying to come here because I know he will just be a pain to deal with and will drive miles out of my way to avoid.
It would be forgivable if he had a nice demeanor but he has been rude to my wife and myself calling us liars and saying he can’t do something only to have one of his co-workers turn around and handle something with no issues.
Worst UPS store ever, just because of one person.

Always great customer service. The people that work there are sweet and friendly. Sometimes I’ll be next to a different UPS location and will still take time to go here just because of how people are. Thank you guys! <3 Keep up the good work!

How do these places stay in business? $100 to mail a UPS envelope overnight, $50 for UPS two-day envelope? FedEx does two-day for $9.75.

Have your pepper spray ready to go if you visit this UPS Store. After renting a large private mailbox here for 29(!) years, my last visit into the store ended with an employee, a tall Black man with a Jamaican accent, following me out of the store towards my car, yelling at me that he needed to talk to me while he rubbed his hands together as if he was going to assault me. When I yelled at him to stop following me, he said he would not. When I said I was going to call Walnut Creek Police, he said - with a big smile on his face - that I was welcomed to do so at any time.
And yes, I did visit with WCPD about this extremely frightening incident. Franchisee was non-responsive about the incident, including not providing the employee's name and address so I could get a restraining order against him.
Avoid this business if you value your life and safety.

Don’t go to this UPS store. They charge $1.50 to print a one sided, black and white Word document. I work in Marketing and print 24/7 and any UPS Store between Martinez to San Francisco charges .20 cents to print besides this one. When I noticed that I was overcharged, I called and explained and they held their ground in charging this ridiculous fee. For me, it’s not the cost at all, it’s the principle and hope this review was worth it.

Employees are nice as long as you're NOT:
-Returning an amazon package.
-Dropping off a package with a pre-paid label.
-Needing to buy packing supplies.
-Needing to ship anything.
-Entering the store.

I do not recommend this UPS store. I got a P.O. box here because they indicate/advertise they will check your mailbox for you to let you know if you receive mail. I called last Friday afternoon, and the female who answered the telephone put me on hold. After ten minutes of holding I called back. Today is thursday, and I have called very regularly since the female put me on hold last week, and nobody has answered. You just receive their voicemail, and they do not return telephone calls. I don't recommend at all. Store is also messy/dirty, and you can't print pdfs in color on their copier.

Convenient and easy-to-use UPS shopping. It's located in Palos Verdes Mall, which is a small little shopping center in an otherwise residential area. Not a lot of traffic and hassles getting in or out, and this particular location isn't really busy so the service efficiency is very good. And it is just as good as going to any other UPS shipping location.

I tried to return Amazon item. But the guy excused several reasons. But I tried other Ups they took my return!! I will not use this ups office anymore!
