omg, This is THE WORST UPS store ever! Woman is completely dismissive towards customers, this has been going on for years up to today in 2025! This wont change. One star is much too kind. Avoid if you can. Simply terrible people running this place.

My spouse and I had three packages to be mailed. We had the pleasure of being exceptionally well-treated by Deana. She was friendly, helpful, and thorough while wrapping, packing, and posting my items. Who knew a trip to UPS could be fun? Deana is a wonderful example of how a smile can be priceless and free at once. Thanks!

This is the worst UPS store I’ve been in. The very heavy woman there is SO RUDE! She acts like she’s doing you a favor to wait on you. I will travel further to another UPS store to be treated like a decent human being!

I go here all the time. They are efficient and helpful. When they are busy and it takes more time of course. Returning Amazon packages in Whole Foods is much more difficult!

I had a project requiring that a large number of family documents be duplicated. It was done efficiently, thoroughly and completely in the required timeframe. I would rely on this UPS site for ANY project as described!

My experience with UPS was quite disappointing. I received a notice on Saturday indicating that my package needed a signature and couldn't be left at my door. Following the instructions, I visited the UPS store at Tice Valley the next morning to collect it. However, upon arrival, I was informed by the store assistant that my package wasn't there and that I should wait for 24 hours.
When I inquired about how I was supposed to be aware of this waiting period, the assistant mentioned the slip left at my door. Strangely, upon checking the slip, there was no mention of the 24-hour wait. This lack of clarity was frustrating.
To add to the frustration, another assistant mentioned that I should have called ahead before coming. This comment felt unnecessary and only added to the overall dissatisfaction with UPS's service. 1 star.

Would it be possible to at least hire someone who knows how to smile!! Jeez! Yes, they do their job but I always feel like I’m putting them out!! Came in Thursday 3/9 at 11:00 am.
