Purchased an OVERPRICED Vineyard Vines polo shirt a couple years ago. I liked the shirt until this happened: Taking off the shirt over my head, as usual, before bed, the shirt ripped out all along where the collar attaches to the back of the shirt. Like it rotted out, because I was not applying much force at all.I reached out to Vineyard Vines via email, got an email back saying "my email had been received", then NOTHING more. No response. I contacted them again 11/1/22 and to date, still no response. I'm attaching a photo to show how it completely ripped out around the back collar. Will not buy "polo like" shirts from this company again, especially after reading other reviews about how they ghost people with problems and do not respond.

Great clothes. But, it's funny that every time i am here I've never once been asked for help by the employees. They just sit there behind the desk doing nothing. Hilarious--and retail wonders why it's dying! Why not get absolutely no help while ordering in the comfort of your home!!? I don't need it pay for parking and deal with crowds just to get ignored!!

I was having a terrible day yesterday and trying to get through my list of errands. On the list was to bring In a sweatshirt that I ordered online that was too big. Christopher B. helped with the matter and went above and beyond. I really appreciate him because these days, it feels like customer service is dead. He made my day. I recently purchased several items from Vineyard Vines for my 9 year old son. One of the shirts he wore to school last week and when he came home, there was a hole in it. When asked about it, he said the hole was there when he put it on. Of course he failed to tell me that until he wore it all day. I tried to exchange it today and the staff at the Walnut Creek store wouldn't accept the return. I washed the shirt, so as not to bring them a dirty shirt, so they said I couldn't return it. I'm sorry, you mailed me a shirt with a hole in it and now I can't return the $45 shirt? Super irritated and won't be back.

I don't know what the one customer's review was all about but all I know is that Mrs. Linda is one of the sweetest and kind hearted employees there is. She helped me out numerous of occasions for myself AND my family! I had nothing but amazing service from the crew and store.

My daughter and I were at the Walnut Creek store last night and were treated to extremely rude and bordering on racist treatment by an older asian lady employee. We were the only 2 people in the store and my daughter was looking for t-shirts. While my daughter was in the changing room, I was trying to find her t-shirts in her size. I was told that I couldn't touch the stacks of t-shirts because I was not piling them back to the exact standards of the store! Maybe if the sizes were easier to see and the t-shirts weren't stacked under a table requiring a full yoga squat, I, the customer, could've done a better job of stacking them? Then when my daughter asked if she could be shown t-shirts in her size, the lady replied 'I think your mom has already gone through every t-shirt here'. The only reason I bought 2 t-shirts at the store was because my daughter had received a birthday present the previous day and we were trying to exchange it for something she liked - now I am regretting ever stepping into that store! Its because of non-service oriented sales people like the ones we encountered last evening that brick and mortar stores are losing out to online shopping - I for one will not be going back to the Walnut Creek Vineyard Vines store again where stacking t-shirts in exact piles is more important than serving the customer.

I went for the first time and I loved it, the attention was the best, I am Hispanic and in many stores they are not friendly, but vineyard vines wow is a wonderful attention .. and I love your clothes very nice size ..

I didn't know what to get my mother for her birthday. I was blessed with some top of the line customer service from a staff member by the name Eric Nguyen. He delivered an impeccable and memorable experience. He looked around the same age as I am so I was very sure he could relate to my dilemma. I walked out with a little more than I expected to purchase but it was for my mother so she deserves it. He also mentioned the specials they're having for Black Friday and suggested I do my Christmas shopping then . With that being said , I'll see you next week Eric ! Thanks again !

The worst service ever! Very rude staff and not helpful with anything. When I was in the store I had to call the corporate office myself to get help with a product. Check all your receipts they had the wrong credit card number on my receipt and I was not able to return an item. Be very careful with payment

My asian friend the one that stay with headbands with the big forehead recommended to visit his store, I enjoyed the store. Lavish and everyone here is really friendly. Will come back when I visit Cali again.

My friend Eric posted that he got hired here so when I visited California I came in and checked out the store. I ended up liking a LOT of the clothes and will be slowly building up my closet with Vinyard Vines!
