First off, the pharmacy is great. Knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists and pharmacy techs. The pharmacists know way more about medications, including side effects, than any doctor I've ever had!
What I terribly miss about the store is the ability to browse in the store, including the skin care and makeup/beauty sections, and being able to take time to read labels for ingredients that irritate my skin. With so much of the store merchandise locked up now, that is impossible to do. Sad that thieves ruined what was once a simple and pleasurable shopping experience.

Stopped in at this location with a need for sunscreen supplies. I was greeted by store employees, and I felt welcomed. Everything that I needed was in stock with a lot of variety. The checkout process was quick and professional. Thanks for the great experience!

The pharmacy line is a little long and usually has a wait so make sure you give yourself a 15 minute window. The pharmacy staff is always kind and considerate and willing to help you with any problems you have with insurance. The store is clean and the staff is nice. Sometimes there's some shady characters In there

This is the closest walgreens to my house but I haven't been inside in a couple years. I never know when they'll actually be open.too many wasted trips. F them.

I’ve visited this Walgreens twice this week and both times it smelled strongly of someone being sick to their stomach. Surely a good cleaning with disinfectant would help with this. Long pharmacy line as well.

I was told that it would take 30 mins for a prescription to be filled. Not only did my arrival 2 hours later (and a 45 minute wait) yield no results, but my return 4 hours later was met by a pharmacist closing their window because they are apparently no longer running 24 hours. I'm in desperate need of medicine. This is absolutely insane!!!

Since going from 24 hours to 8am-8pm hours, I'm happy to report the pharmacy service has drastically improved.

I wouldn’t go here except they r the only one that has the mananufacture that makes these pills. Understaffed it’s terrible. Wouldn’t go here if I had another option.

Came to pick up my prescription. It was supposed to be ready the day before. Waited in line for 10 minutes. The rude lady at the counter told me that they hadn't filled the prescription. Come back tomorrow. I explained that i needed it filled right away. 20 minutes later, they told me it was ready. I was overcharged for the medication. They claimed that they don't accept my insurance anymore. The vibe of the employees in the store was terrible. It really must be a miserable place to work. Needless to say, I won't be going back to Walgreens. It's a shame because they used to be really good a few years ago.

Advertised as a 24 hour pharmacy - the only one in Walnut Creek. It now closes at 9pm? Pharmacists were still there at 9:04pm, but they refused to give me my RX.
