I am really disappointed with this Wells Fargo and definitely understand the low ratings. 1 cashier/teller available who was very kind. I needed 2 business documents. This just happened today about 1 hour ago. She set me up with the business rep Wasab. While I was asking about the documents, he continuously stared at me looking very irritated. He looked at me dumbfounded and was condescending with his facial expressions. It really disturbed me. After he pointed for me to go online to access the documents, which was fine… but the process was bizarre and unprofessional

I'm surprised this location has such a low rating. I went here for my first time, I usually go to a different location and it was a wonderful experience. Dennis was the nicest banker I've ever met and the parking is good. Highly recommend coming here.

Lousy service. I do not know why I keep having my money there. Made me wait to make a wire transfer from my account, while they were joking at the bottom of the bank, with no other people to assist, just to let me know after a while, that I need an appointment for a simple transfer. I had the urgency to make that transfer. They do not care about clients. I’ll study the way to move my money from this branch, since I have not even received a minimum credit card offer or attention from them. Better help from Chase, not having an account there.

I visited the branch today where Branch Manager Michael and his teammate Edina helped me out. Wonderful customer service and delightful to talk with. It's great to have positive personalities to interact with during transactions.

ALERT! We went in to the branch to close the account we were FORCED to open as victims of the WFB scam a couple of years ago when refinancing our mortgage. There were 3 people, including a manager working, yet they said we needed to make an appointment to close our account and there were none available today. To prepare for closing the account we asked to withdrawal all funds, and the banker shorted us $20. I asked to speak to the manager who explained for 15 minutes why they couldn't close the account today without an appointment and apologized for the $20 mistake. I felt that in the time it took to tell us "why", perhaps he could have closed the zero balance account. BTW, WFB will now be charging us $25 a month to have this account with a low balance. This appears to be another WFB scam--make it difficult to close an account so the customer pays $25/month for no services. I will try to close the account again tomorrow as suggested by the manager.

A bank that can’t send wire transfers. In store they say to book an appointment online. Online there are no appointments for weeks. Not sure how we are expected to conduct business if we can access our money

I showed up at 5:03, door locked and I asked please need to get cash out for a contractor fixing my house. They had ten people inside, would have taken 1 minute and the store manager was acting rude and frankly pompous. For all the fraud and lack of customer service you'd think they'd care. Leaving wells!

This is a really awful branch. I tried to cash a check from one of my customers the manager told me there was not enough funds to cover the amount. I called the person who issued the check the money was there. They refused to cash the check because I wasn't a customer of wells Fargo. Very terrible bank.

Each time I walk into this branch, whether for a simple transaction or with a bunch of questions regarding my finances, everyone is so helpful, friendly, and professional. First off, this branch is conveniently located within The Orchards at Walnut Creek. You can do all your errands (gym, groceries, grab a bite, and even grab a Starbucks) all in this plaza. There is ample parking. When you walk in, there is rarely a long line because they're pretty well staffed that wait time is minimal. The tellers greet you and put in a sincere attempt to get to know you. I most appreciated that the employees addressed my financial matters without pushing me towards services that I did not need. In fact, when I had questions regarding my credit card Dennis took his time to give me sage advice toward paying down debt. This was the first and only Wells Fargo branch I went to when I moved to the area. It's a bummer I had to move away! I definitely recommend this branch for their stellar customer service.
