I’ve been at New Hope Landing for 4 months now and this place is great. It’s located on the Delta just behind Wimpy’s marina. I’m an avid fisherman so having a boat launch in the park is priceless. They also have lots of docks to fish from if you stay in the park. Caitlyn in the office is friendly and helpful which is nice for an RV park. If you ever get the chance definitely give this place a look whether it for a weekend getaway or a place to park your 5th wheel while your working on the road.

I just moved here a few months ago. I absolutely love living here. The manager Caitlyn is very courteous and professional. Caitlyn made the application process easy and painless. She explained everything thoroughly and continues to go above and beyond. I was moved in within a week. I will definitely recommend living here to all my friends, coworkers, and relatives. I feel like I'm on vacation every day! The park is clean and well managed and maintained.

Pretty clean place, nice trailers, surrounded by the river, boat launching and more than enough docks

I was working in Northern California as a contractor. I put my 40 foot diesel pusher at their spot for about a year. Started off pretty good. Then the floods came, and the old managers moved out and went to greener pastures. That's when I realized the corporation that owns this place is nothing but slumlords. Electrical hazards, everywhere , A falling apart bulkhead along the river, and they are just not honest people. I put my notice in well in advance but never received my deposit back. Fortunately, the last year I spent in California I had a pretty darn good spot the owner of the local restaurant and bar found out what was going on and made me a great deal on a much better safer spot.

We had dinner at the marina and the food was great. I came down to New Hope Landing to look at the available RV sites for possibly putting an RV there. There was live music at the marina and we stood outside and listened to some great music. It was a really pleasant evening.Sadly I was not able to get a site for my RV, and I had put a $2,500 deposit down on my travel trailer, because I didn't see any reason why my daughter and myself wouldn't get a site. Also, I was just told that the special that has been on their ad for the entire two months I was getting all the information for the applications, has now expired. However, when I look on the internet, it says it is still available.I really don't understand why the depost fees of $50 was kept when they told my daughter while she was standing in the office that she couldn't qualify, before they processed the applications. The trailer would belong to me and, I make more than enough to qualify. If my daughter decided she didn't want to live there any longer, it would still be my responsibility to pay for the site. If I should have decided not to stay, it would be my responsibility to remove the trailer. This has been an incredibly enpensive venture for nothing. After posting this review we received a call saying a site was now available. Unfortunately, since we (my daughter and I) were turned down for a site, we had already informed the owner of the trailer that had our deposit that we would not be purchasing the trailer due to lack of a site to place it. We had to forfeit our deposit, and only after posting a review did we receive a call from Laurie at New Hope Landing saying that they suddenly accepted our applications and a site was available. It is too late now to get the trailer or a refund. I never was at the wrong place, I sat inside the office at New Hope Landing and worked with Laurie. As I stated, this was a very costly venture for nothing.

Moved into the park a couple of months ago. Tracy and Mike are amazing managers. Very responsive, courteous, helpful. This is a busy marina, and they oversee it expertly. We are greatful for the view and rhe nice neighbors.
