“I've always heard that the post lady wasn't very nice or rude, but in my own personal experience she is quite lovely! She always remembers who I am and once she sees me, she grabs my package and has it ready once I step up to the counter! She's also very kind, so no problems there. There aren't many downsides and I've been living in Thornton for about 12 years and the only downside I can think of is that I tend to forget my combination for my box.”

I need a passport in 2 weeks and she was patient with me and gave me a lot of suggestions which I took still reminding me realistically I may not get it in 2 weeks… unfortunately we had a Karyn walk in huffing and puffing and Loretta just dealt with this customer so patiently as I bit my tongue… I came from Elk Grove but I would definitely come back to isleton I love this post office! Very kind friendly and patient…”
