First time at this location. Friendly welcoming and everything went fine. Up until the checkout. There was an employee named Rosemary that was very rude and unprofessional. When trying to use an in-app coupon, with no clear instructions, she was no help whatsoever. On top of that, she was rude to a co-worker that seemed to be recently hired. I can only imagine being new to a job and having to deal with that type of attitude. Hope you have a better day

The staff here is amazing! They’re always friendly and patient, and they help me every time I have questions. Honestly, this location in Alameda is the best one compared to the other stores.

I love that that they do my bopis orders pretty quick but anytime I go inside to just smell a new product there’s a lot of workers in the front asking you a lot of questions which I know management forces them to interact with customers but it is very off putting when I really just want to go inside to smell a new fragrance and look around . That’s the only downside everything else is fine

I have never had a good experience in this store. Any other bath & body works greets at the door and offer help/regular stuff but here it’s a mess. Line is stopped for a dog that peed right on the door. My brother had been in line in place of my mom and when it was time to go in the lady refused to let my mom in. My brother tried to work with her because we get it there’s a capacity that they have to keep, he was only holding her spot not trying to go in. But no instead let the big groups, strollers and even a dog in but sure “there’s a capacity”. I wish I got the lady’s name because she still argued with my mom at the door when we went in. They claim a 75% of select items and buy 3 get 1 but it’s never reflecting on the receipt even if you are signed up and they’ll charge you full price. There’s no point in coming here, rude people and you don’t even get the actual sales going on. Go to any other location or order online because it’s a mess here
