My first and last time visiting this store. Today I placed a mobile order, and took advantage that they offered drive up for the employees to place my items in my car, only to find out 20 minutes after letting the location know I was here to receive my order, that they “don’t take it out”… The store, and whoever controls their location over the app should have corrected this by now, and made it known that there was only in-store pickup. I wasted time, both outside and inside the store, cause I still had to wait in a register line. Poor communication within the company.

It looked like this store was going out of business. Empty shelves and fish tanks looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Some of the had algae overgrown. Is sad because it looked like at one moment in time, it was a nice store.

I’m not happy with the way they manage order pick up they have no signs where u can stand and had to wait in a really long line they need to do better
