This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I came in with a specific design and color in mind — even showed them a reference photo — and what I walked out with was completely different. The color was wrong, the design wasn’t even close, and to make things worse, I left with small cuts on multiple fingers from how rough they were during the process.
We didn’t even get what we ordered — it’s like they just decided to do whatever they wanted. When my mom asked about a specific color, they literally *threw it back at her* without a word. No explanation, just rude and dismissive behavior all around. We tried to address the issues, and they refused to offer any refund or even a proper apology.
It’s clear they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. If you want respectful service, quality work, and your money’s worth — **this is NOT the place to go.** Absolutely unacceptable behavior and terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

Amazing nail shop. They've done my nails perfectly every time, and they really take their time to make sure it's to your liking. I even show them designs I want when I go get a pedicure and they are able to do them amazingly! I will always come back

They did a great job and she actually worked on my toes so definitely worth the price I paid..... I like that it is at the beginning of pacific cuz is away from all the ppl and they have big curtains that hide the sun......

Today I needed to fill my one month old nails, so I googled something close by, I found Thy Thy Nails, they had appointments available. when I got there they greeted me with a smile, and started doing their magic. cant tell they are fills. I am for sure going back.Dec 29thLoved my refill

I Love this Nail Salon in Huntington Park California, the employees are so kind and respectful. Their services they render are Awesome I personally have my eyebrows waxed and pedicure done and since I've been going for 5 years now i have had no problems with any staff members. They have a massager chair to keep you feeling comfortable.

Omg this is the best place ever when it comes to serving it's clientele and their wants and needs. The atmosphere is great and for the past 4 years I've been coming to Thy Nails they are consistent with the customers needs, i personally have my eyebrows waxed and pedicure. ? Amy is the best ever ?? ❤️

I was going to leave because it stank like nail chemicals strong and the doors where closed, but I really needed my pedi for a party, So I would go out and get air. I had to wait 3 hrs! Idid a gel pedicure for $30 because they told me it dries instantly. The have a massage chair. My complaints is that the nails could have been more well shaped to look uniform and taken more gunk from the sides of the nail. And the gel polish could be more closer to the edges/ look more perfect. But it was ok I give it a B, not an A. As for cleanliness it's not good. They do use sanitize nail clippers and nippers and pushers. But the pomice stone and nail files, and polishes are not clean! You can tell because they had white skin dust on the nail file and they use the polish on all nails! Including fungus nails. And one of the girls that came in had nail fungus. Maybe you can bring your own tools and polish? Because we I don't want nail fungus. So I will have to look up a more sanitary nail place. Prices are good. THEY PREFER CASH! CHARGE TO USE CARD. Work looks good but lady doing my manicure was extremely rude, did not let me get the color I wanted even though I was paying for it???? Lady doing my pedicure was very nice. Charge $2 for using a card also

i love providing honest reviews to places i've been so others can know details before they try. this is hands down the BEST nail salon i've ever been to, & i've been to many. i read a review about this nail salon that was from 2 years ago & it said that they don't sterilize their tools & maybe back then that was the case but now they use a new tool package on every client. they did a very intricate job on my pedicure AND manicure. they really get into it & used cuticle softener & pushed cuticles back & cut the dead skin on the cuticles & used a hot towel & used hot stones & a foot scrub. most nail salons i go to only soak your feet & use a buffer on the toe nails & file & that'd literally be it. they take their time & yes it is a small shop & only 3 ladies working but they are very effective & the place doesn't get packed at all. i walked in & waited about 20 minutes before they started on me & there were 2 people ahead of me. i recommend this place 100% i should also mention that this place is VERY affordable. usually with all the sets me & my mom get , we pay about $250 at other salons. here we only paid $205 :)
