I went in on Sunday at 6:15 pm to do a swap on some phones that I purchased online. Per the agent you have working at the store. she had short pink, red hair told us she was unable to help me unless I had purchased the phones at the store. She then said to go to the corporate Verizon office but not to the one on gage and pacific to go to the one in Downey, but not to say she sent us, or they will give us poor help. I had to walk out and leave my partner because her customer service was not good at all 1. you never bad mouth another store. 2. she was short and basically pushing us out did not care to help us from the min we walked in she was already Saing no no no. The store closes at 7 pm I see she did not want to go out of her way and help us. she did something on the tablet that showed an error. We went to Downey store, and I told the manager what she told me not to tell them I had the best help, and no error came up. Please have personal that's cares to help a customer. No matter what the time is. Have a manager overlook the store because she is sending work to other stores. Being LAZY AND RUDE is not good for the store.

Stay away. Nothing but crooks here. They are filled with lies and deceptive behavior/statements. They also try to add options to your plans without your consent. and most of all, they are incompentent.
Arrived today to pick up a phone from an online order. Upon entering, 2 reps were sitting down behind the counter just chit chatting while the store was completely empty. i only arrived in store because they were unresponsive with phone calls when i called to ask for an update on my order.
The sales rep Rachel was promoting an upgrade to my plan, adding a new line and even having a savings of about $20 on my monthly bill. I specifically stated that i don't have 4th phone nor do i wish to add one. She stated i can add it to an existing line which was convenient for me. I gave her the specific phone line to add it to. Not only did she not add it, she screwed up without telling me. She added the new line to the new phone i was upgraded from my existing line. 1st red flag. I then said i'll fix it at home myself. she did not offer to fix her mistake knowing what she did was done on purpose to make the sale. 2nd red flag. she failed to mention that my phone was incompatible with a 2nd line. 3rd red flag. I had to find this out through verizon support. 4th red flag
i spent several hours with verizon support fixing the mistakes. Never again will i take my business here.

Me and my family came in at exactly 10am at this Verizon store 2106 e Florence ave walnut park ca 90255 and they didn't open till like 15 min later u can see a blond lady just on her phone there we were upset when she finally opened it we came in and wanted to buy iPhone 15 pro max and ask her we were doing and upgrade she was literally turning on the computer and just started her logging process which was ridicules that should have been before the store opened and then she said we had no promotions and that in total my phone for today would be 380 in total financial in like what is that I just wanted the phone not everything u try to sell me then she keep going on her phone not caring until I got fed up and left not even a sorry very unprofessional from this Verizon will not come back again (I been a customer for 8 years ) I would give a zero don't come here they rip u off with prices and upsell

The clerk up front had my device the whole time after I paid for it at another store. Waited 20 minutes when I was told it was already ready for pick up. Kept telling me it will be ready in a few minutes. The unprofessionalism is unacceptable. It's not that hard to give someone their device while you are not occupied. After waiting for another clerk he pulled it our from his desk area to give it to the other clerk to give to me though I told him I was waiting for it.
