I usually have a good experience here but not today , at about 12:30 11/6/24 I went in and when I was checking out a tall white man cut in front of me and my Mexican mom and when we continued and went to another register the cashier asked us if we waited in line?!!? When we just got cut , so I left my cart and I will not be coming back. The cashier with glasses and another cashier who is a young Hispanic were also talking about customers and mocking the fact that they use ebt and they don’t even know how it works very unprofessional and inappropriate to be talking about in front of customers may I add

I love shopping Aldi. The prices are great and I love their seasonal and foreign items. It’s always fun to see new items in the store. Service is mixed, some people are nice and some are super rushed and give annoyed looks when you don’t clear the cart fast enough.

The shopping experience is not good, the shopping trolley is locked and you need to put in coins to get it. There are no shopping baskets like hand baskets. There is a small variety of products, and you will find that many of the things you want cannot be found here. Will not be returning.

I like the store and the products, especially their cheese selection. It’s very conveniently located for me. However, I bought an organic spring salad mix and found a piece of plastic in it a few weeks back and today found a wood chip in it as I was eating. They should check with their supplier regarding the quality of this product.

Good products and good prices. They need to bring eggplant.
Sometimes they surprise me. I purchased a watermelon and when I opened it it was rotten on one side. I brought it back to the store but they did not credit me with a new one. They demanded my purchase receipt , which I did not have. I left the watermelon for them.

I would give zero stars if I would, I had trouble finding something so I asked the manager, a ghastly looking woman with disgusting blonde and brown hair for help. She ignored me then when I said excuse me again she said “what” with the dirtiest look on her face. I asked if I could grab something from her pallet as I didn’t want to grab without asking first and she said sure. When I went to grab something towards the bottom she said in the snarkiest way “well didn’t grab form the bottom or else it’s gonna fall” I was so shocked by her attitude I just walked away. When I went to checkout with her she again gave me a very dirty look and was also extremely rude to other customers. I would rather go to an Aldi in another town then be faced with this horrible service. It was so bad I left my car and just walked out of the store. Don’t come here unless you want to be stepped on for simply being a customer in need of help.

This establishment offers gender-neutral restrooms, which is a positive feature. However, during my visit, I encountered a situation where a man was using the restroom, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe the store should consider how this arrangement may affect the comfort and privacy of its customers.
