Yesterday I had a lady help me with my purchase of an iPhone she was very helpful with suggestions and patient with my questions she also was very kind to my kids giving them paper to draw on while they waited in store

Larry is an excellent representative He helped me to upgrade iPhone with the best trade-in option. I had a busy schedule and he helped me to arrange pick up and converting like a breeze. Thank you very much. The store is bilingual and I saw how others were helping elderly how to use phone and explain plans very patiently, which is really great, cuz new technology sometimes is difficult for elderly to understand. I really think this store provides great service. Highly recommended !

This place will add extra fees on your phone plan without telling you. Very shady practice and will never come again.

Went in and upgraded my phone and found out next month the girl that helped me ADDED HUDDEN CHARGES WITHOUT TELLING ME! She added next gen fee, phone insurance and told Mr I would get free earbuds for upgrading which in turn 20 bucks was added to my plan. I feel disappointed and lied to. Please get a print out with everything if you go there!!!!!

I think the owner of this store sometimes he has to read the reviews or complain from the customer about having bad service from the employee (woman)and the manager (fabian) and tell them to change the attitude or not just to let them go or fire them if you want to have the store better business and the owner didn't know what they do with the customer so shame and unacceptable

Needed to upgraded my phone because of a cracked screen. Came in on a weekday and Fabian helped me out. Helpful and friendly, made the experience quick and was able to work with me to resolve some other issues I was facing with my old phone!

Walked into this store with 2 gentlemen just sitting in their chairs talking to each other and was not even greeted. Was looking at the products for 5-10 minutes and still wasnt asked if I needed help with anything. I finally asked for some help because just purchased a phone case over the weekend that did not have magsafe compatibility and wanted to exchange for one that did. Said he was unable to do the exchange because I had bought the case from another store. (The other store I was at, the workers greeted me right when I walked in and asked for specifics on what I was looking for. Very helpful. I thought I was going to get that same kind of service at this store). Pretty rude and unwilling to help and it was the vibe right when I walked into the store. Fabian Sevilla was the employee's name who was unhelpful at all.

The worst customer service you'll get is here. The guy who refused to give me his name, was incredibly disrespectful and rude. Not only did he refuse to give me his name, he refused to help me with my issues. Corporate will be contacted regarding this location. Stay away!!

Sales associate added Insurance and AT&T Next to our plan without asking us. Had to call AT&T to remove the service.

I purchase 2 IPhone X in December 2017 and there was promotion that you get iPhone 8 for free when you purchase iPhone X. I never get the 2 iphone 8 and never receive any credit. Called every month to ATT and was routed to at least 5 different person. And they all told me that this will get resolved but nothing ever come through. Beware of ATT service. If you want to change your phone best purchase through Apple store directly.
