Harry and a secretary (the wife) apparently are not nice people. They are obviously good with business (ish) but they are curt and I would not recommend these for service. There’s worth when you find a genuine neighborly person to do business with and this was not it for me.

Have been going to Harry at Auto Star for over 25 years. He is very honest and will not take advantage of anyone. In addition to that, his expertise on Asian cars is above and beyond even with the new technology on modern or aging cars. Now my family and friends all go to him. Thank you Harry and Amy!!!

Great Mechanic shop! Had issues with my Toyota Camry's AC with Driver side throwing out hot air and the passenger side with the only cold air. They were able to find the problem that the other mechanics couldn't. Definitely would recommend this shop and their fair pricing. Definitely check them out!

I called this morning and a guy named Harry answer the phone and was very rude when I asked him if they Had any availability open for oil change. I think he has a language Barrier where he can only say yes and OK. I have to be at class so I asked him if he had any availability open and he said OK. I also asked him is there anybody in front of me so is 830 OK and he just said OK. So I called again to speak with somebody else and he just kept saying OK and he got angry with me! I get OK means yes but I wanna make sure that I make it to school on time because you probably say OK to everybody! The reason why I chose this place is because it has high ratings but you lost out on a good loyal customer being rude!

The lady who answers phones can benefit from some customer service lessons. I called to ask if they offered house call services, and she hung up on me. I called right back and she gave me a very terse answer. Maybe don't answer phone calls if you're not willing to talk to potential customers?

I've been going to Auto Star for more than 10+ yrs. Harry has always been honest and fair in the cost of repairs. He is upfront on what is really needed and what can wait or nice to do. Options on using OEM parts or after market and the trade-offs. He is also very knowledgeable in finding what is really wrong with my old toyota cars.
