I recently had a great experience. Richard was friendly and knowledgeable. The diagnosis and repairs were done quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed every step of the way and even offered a loaner car.
The prices were reasonable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and care taken by the mechanics. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy mechanical repairs.

I was impressed with the excellent service that Richard gave me in fixing my mini cooper, these cars are too complicated, Richard is a very sincere, attentive, astute mechanic and really puts his heart into things. My car was no longer showing any hope of being fixed but he managed to fix it. I recommend him 100%. Also, he has an excellent price, you can't beat that. It's hard to find a sincere mechanic.

Took my car for a torn hose mechanic goes replaces it for $189 then I go to pick up my car the mechanic leaves it running for who knows how long then my engine overheats and shuts off, mind you this is all in front of the auto shop, then the mechanic doesn't know what happened then proceeds to tell me to tow my car out of there. After I already paid for it to get fixed. Goes on to tell me that he will be able to fix it but not knowing I overheard him telling someone else that the car is unfixable?!?! Then why tell me you know what's wrong with it and you all of a sudden want to fix it? Make it make sense. This business just bleeds innocent customers out of their hard earned money saying they know what's wrong when they don't and just do Mickey Mouse jobs, I advise anyone who has a problem with this business to also report them to the BBB. If I can I would give 0 stars

AutoCare 101 is my shop for my old Honda and Toyota. Richard, the mechanic and owner is easy to talk to and takes time to explain things about the car. He replies to my calls and answers my questions about my car. I would be using his business for many more times for sure.

The place to go if you want maintenance without the outrageous dealership cost. They use OEM replacement parts and high quality synthetic engine oils. You'll never go wrong here. Saves you tons of money to keep your car going

Customer service is paramount, technical competency is solid, and work is transparent. As a customer of AutoCare101 for more than 20 years, I am compelled to recommend Richard and Silver. In a nutshell, they really care about the well being of customers. They are technically competent and go the extra mile to understand what you want, properly diagnose the issue(s), and make honest repairs. This sounds simple, but when fixing used vehicles, one often has to make a judgement call about how much repair work to do. Sometimes, just a single component can be replaced, but other times, it is advisable to overhaul many items together. The key is that Richard will clearly communicate what is necessary versus optional, and allow the customer to decide what fits their need and budget. Regardless of the job size, pricing is very reasonable and it is with great pleasure that I recommend AutoCare 101!

Stopped by Auto Care 101 for an oil change and met with Richard, the owner. Unlike other auto shops, Richard was informative and transparent. Definitely loved the genuine and friendly atmosphere, ensuring that I will be a returning patron whether it be for a routine checkup or an auto repair.

Richard and staff were awesome, easy to work with and he is a great mechanic!! Came in to his shop, he checked my car and in 10 minutes he had found the problem really quick and the service was great fast and in expensive!
