Called in the morning and was told to come in that same day and had the issue assessed and resolved shortly after. Was given options to resolve the issue and really appreciate the team’s friendliness and John’s expertise. Even had one of my missing emblems replaced. Definitely coming back.”

The driveway was narrow and he accidentally rubbed against the metal fence causing some damages and scratches on my Tesla front bumper. “Been going to Tomato Automotive for over 10+ years from the previous location in Walnut and now in Covina. The owner, Joe, is so helpful and kind and very knowledgeable with all types of vehicles and always goes above and beyond to care for my car. His associate, Edward, is also super friendly and great. They have quick turnaround times, too. And the prices are honest and fair. It’s a small ma and pa spot with plenty of repeat customers, and I love giving my business to them. This isn’t like a massive dealership with fancy waiting areas, which are usually unnecessary. There are nearby Starbucks and cafes and restaurants you can easily walk to and wait at while you’re waiting for your car. People who complain about services or language should do their own due diligence and take the time to call ahead to ensure your needs can be met. And a little patience goes a long way, too.
