I came here after receiving countless outrageous quotes and the people here are extremely friendly and very honest. They gave me a great deal on a repair for my Honda accord that was better than all other nearby shops. Definitely recommend this shop for any repairs big or small.

Coach Collision Works is AMAZING!!!. Everyone was very professional. Brought my Traverse in for repair as a result of a pick up truck backing into the lift gate and rear bumper of my SUV. Rick kept me apprised each step of the process When I picked up my SUV, it was in pristine condition - washed, vacuumed and polished. One of the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. I drove away with a big smile on my face like I just bought a new vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this business! Thanks guys!!!

Unfortunately having to get your car fixed is not what people would like to be doing, but Coach Collision made the process very quick and Easy! Rick provided us with great advice and updates and how to facilitate the repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible with the insurance companies. Hopefully not but if found in this situation again would have my car repaired at Coach Collision!

Do not trust them! They let a car they had possession of hit another car because they didn’t put it in park down a hill, then cannot provide their insurance information despite multiple attempts - giving a run around since they want to do the work themselves in house.
Erica blew me off saying she had a meeting and couldn’t even contact her agent or insurance company to start paperwork.
I would never trust them to touch my car.

Brought the car 5/10 and they said they will finish in the time frame but it’s beyond 30 days. I paid almost $700 for the car rental. They even return the car without car tint. I got the car tint before I bring it to them. They even use my friend’s car for personal us to go to Kaiser. My friend has gps tracker on his car. They are disrespectful when talking to them on phone. Very disappointed to Coach Collision!!!

Coach Collision Works is spot on. Out of all the body shops that I have visited in the area, this body shop really goes above and beyond. They do everything they can to build a connection with the client and really provide a repair experience. Not just a fix. Most likely this is achievable due to the fact that they are a family owned and operated body shop. And for this reason also is why I would continue to choose them over any of the disconnected corporate America shop that really doesn’t care about the client at all. I appreciate the people, the communication, and the high quality repair that Coach Collision Works provides.

Andrew and Coach Collision Works are great. They made my car look real nice after I had my accident. And they even shined it up afterward. I'm really impressed with the service and quality of work at Coach Collision Works. It's like I'm getting a second "new car" feeling. Definitely recommend them.
