They hired influencers to post a lot of positive reviews and brought in luxury cars for photo shoots, but don’t be fooled by this—think twice! Their actual skill level is very poor. The space is cramped, and they don’t even have a dedicated enclosed paint booth. The workers are also very careless and often cause additional damage to vehicles. This is one of the worst repair shops I’ve ever encountered.

My friend helped me moving my car out of his driveway 2 days ago. The driveway was narrow and he accidentally rubbed against the metal fence causing some damages and scratches on my Tesla front bumper. I contacted this repair facility that I found online and Kyle at Coach & Colors was so kind to offer help. I visited Coach&Colors Autobody the next day. Manager Li was very skillful and he helped me with extreme efficiency. The bumper looks great again after the repair. I will definitely recommend my customers and friends/relatives to this place. Coach&Colors Autobody is professional and efficient. I want to thank Kyle and Li again for the assistance.

While the body work done on my vehicle was acceptable, following the work, I recently discovered that an item (an emergency flashlight) was missing from my glove compartment. This item was in the car when brought in for repair and is now missing. I would advise others who patronize this business to thoroughly check for missing items before leaving. Also check to see if the spare tire has been replaced if removed. My spare was not replaced and I only realized this after seeing that the nut to secure the spare was on the floor inside the back seat area. If not for this, I would have left and not known that the spare was missing until it was needed.

I give this shop five stars because of honesty points. I didn't use your service... But I did speak to a gentleman who was honest enough to tell me to use the actual dealer because of software they did not have yet. I really appreciate that, it was a $5000 bill. He could've got me since I was paying cash. She had the integrity to be honest with me and I'll consumer should know this.

All you can do on Yelp is vent your frustration and anger the review will have no impact, wish it does. This is one of those businesses where it applies to say " run Forest run" as far as possible. They took a long time to fix my car and did a very poor job, insurance companies make body shops buy used parts and wheels to save money then these parts are shipped from somewhere and you would expect that Coach & Colors will clean them before installing them no they installed it dirty and soiled with oil stains and did not even clean the car and tried to hand it over then when I complained they took the car back & cleaned it a little bit not detailed or anything. The body work did not blend and the color did not match 100% and the door seams did not blend in. This was not a very difficult or complicated job but they did a very shoddy job. I would find someone else. Good Luck
