Great credit union. I have been with them for the last 10 years. Really easy to work with. They gave me two auto loans at a really good APR. They don't haggle. No unreasonable service fees. Most of the staff members are very polite.

regardless of whatever i need assistance with..... i've always had the best service with schools first - no matter what branch i go to. this chino branch is just the same - top notch always- i love schools first - im a member for life- thank you for being there for me!!!!!

I normally deposit checks using the mobile app. However, recently I was unable to e-deposit one of the checks that I had received. That brought me out to this branch. I took the opportunity to also deposit a jar full of coins while using their convenient Coinstar machine. The machine is free to use for members and is located in the back. It was pleasant to interact with all of the employees including the teller. They were all very friendly.

Wow racist racist racist. We are so offended. My mom went to open a new account on 02/23 and the person (a caucasian male - Mike) that opened her account set up her online log in account. We weren't able to figure out what the log in info was so we went through the "forgot username" process to change it. Looks like the username Mike set up for my mom was "kimcheeok." In this day and age, who is insensible and ignorant enough to do something like this?

Just had the WORST experience here! Came in for a car loan that we've already been pre-approved for. Thought the process was going to be easy because that's what happened last time. But NOPE! Mike was suppose to help us but did absolutely nothing to make this process easy or helpful. My husband and I were in there for an hour, which made me super uncomfortable because I'm pregnant and we're in a pandemic. Mike did not care. I said this process was longer than expected and that I was uncomfortable. He responded well you can "leave because you don't have to be here for the loan". So RUDE and inconsiderate! I'm there to be support for my husband. I felt so disrespected and appalled that he had the nerve to say that. He gave us a hard time and was very rude throughout the process! He needs to learn empathy and people skills when working with clients! We will not be returning back to this branch due to our experience with him!

I have never had any problems in any of the branches until today I felt discriminated because the assistant manager Diana was nice at first but when I was waiting for my husband she said that we couldn't wait inside but she did not say this to other people she seemed racist at that point.

Great customer service; extremely helpful with moving things quickly. Went in for a fraud alert; they double checked my last few purchases, double checked ID and printed me a new card within 5 minutes. Thankful for their hard work and commitment to ensure my schedule/finances don't get screwed up.

Never had a problem with schools first was even considering making this the only bank I use but definitely change my mind on that. I have worked so hard on maintaining my credit score and have done everything in my power to maintain it. I got my mom a car so the car is under my name but she drives it so she is insured for the car. I didn't have any problems getting the car nor getting a car loan for it. So I wanted to refinance the car not only for the benefits but because I would like to have all my financials with schools first. They told me all I needed was the registration and the insurance. I explained to them the situation before running my credit, didn't seem to be a problem. I got approved of course cause I have good credit but then they aren't able to do it cause I need to be on the insurance? I asked why they said it's just a requirement and that they don't know how I even got the car and that they may have done that their but they don't do that here. Whatever that means. They made me feel like I was doing something shady when I was just trying to get financing through them. Called other banks that don't seem to have problem with it. So I took a hit on my credit for nothing which is why I'm now taking my business elsewhere.

I use the one in Chino Hills or Chino and it's outstanding great customer service very prompt always nice and clean ... give or get your money and get out! And feel comfortable it's the place
