Great communication and service. I spoke with Yvonne for reservations and Isabelle helped me process the rest of the paperwork. The place is very clean and spacious.

Let me begin with Yvonne is amazing! She is there to answer all of your questions. I have been a customer for over a 4 months and so far I love it here. The area is safe and peaceful! There are a variety of units. Highly recommend them!

Getting a storage unit with Cubesmart in Walnut. Yvonne assisted me and my family with the entire process and gave us a tour with unit options. Was very helpful and made it easy to get a unit that was the right size for our stuff. Took her time answering all of my questions on the phone and in person and explained the new security features in place, that make it easy to use. Thank you Yvonne for your time and help. I highly recommend cubesmart Lemmon Creek in Walnut, very knowledgeable staff, clean facilities and safe.

Storage was clean and well kept. Seemed to be supervised and secured well. Price did increase quite a bit over the two years I was renting, but that seems quite common across all storage facilities.

Great storage facility. I’ve been using this place for over 2 years for my storage needs. I have FedEx drop off my packages, and the staff in charge of the storage facility always help FedEx make the delivery all the way inside my unit. Place is always clean, and every employee has been kind, friendly, and very helpful.I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility.You won’t find a better place.Unit D231

Amazing Facility!!! Never in 7+ years did I have an issue with the Lemon Creek property. Very Secure. Never a lot of traffic in and out. No break ins or theft activity- very secure gate and locks. Great friendly staff (shout out to Yvonne). If I am ever in need of another storage, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The CubeSmart in kalamazoo on Sprinkle rd is poorly secured. We had all of our items stolen from the storage unit. The corporate office did not respond or show any concern of the theft.Don't use this facility if you care about your belongings.

Michelle, and Yvonne were so nice and pleasant walking me through the process of my first storage unit. Made the experience eazy to understand and quick.Finding storage for your "in between" phase can seem daunting with prices and lack of human contact at times.CubeSmart made the experience memorable and best of all the pricing was amazing.I suppose there's a reason they're always near full capacity, if you need a unit don't hesistate!
