The location is great, and they treat you well before you rent. But if your truck or trailer park in the dock, you'll be fined. If you park in the wrong spot, you'll be fined. If you park in the wrong place, you'll be responsible for the towing fee. If you want to repair your any vehicle here,you'll be fined.Cops looking here every time. Anyway, there are all kinds of weird things going on here. It's up to you. I don't recommend it.any reasons you'll be fined.good luck

Check out Readyspaces! Cubeworks price is extremely high, total chaos and confusion with other tenants.They require a 30 day notice to vacate which is normal yet 30-45 days to return the $5k deposit required? Readyspaces are half the price, better security and more professional look for a business. They also return deposits the same week you vacate! ($500 security deposit vs Cubeworks $5,000). It’s a no brainer.

I moved into Cubework Walnut facility over 3 years. I really like Cubework here. The facility is well organized, well maintained. And, more importantly, the Cubework staff people here are very nice and helpful, especially Joe Lee and Julianna Ortega among others. They helped me and my coworkers a lot. well deserving a Five Star Rate.

I would like to thank the team at Cubework. They are professional and helpful . I went to them when my company had an overflow situation and the sales executive Joe Lee had been very helpful on finding exactly what my company needed . Well maintained facilities and competitive prices. The facilities has many other companies and really felt like a community. They have forklift ,40 loading docks , break rooms and security guards. Highly recommend!

It was a really great facility, it’s a really safe place to work, the security guard are always very friendly and helpful, the place was really easy to find never give us a hard time, made our bussines a lot easier.

We love this facility at 218 Machlin Ct at Walnut. It's a newer location and in a very safe area, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The office and restrooms are always kept clean. Plenty of parking space as well. Overall a great place to rent an office.

I have been here for a couple of years now and have expanded to the bigger offices. The process has been smooth and non-stressful. Julianna has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable while we were moving. Whenever I have questions or concerns, she has handled them promptly and effectively.

I have been a cubework tenant for past year selling office privacy pods and they have changed the way we do business. We were able to expand or decrease our space use with minimal effort. We expanded our operations and showroom from Northern California to SoCal quickly. What we realize is that ultimately it cost less and we were able to optimize our space use as we expand. It effectively turns warehouse expense into a variable expense that matches our revenue. This is so important for warehouse heavy business today and I am surprised not enough people realize it.

Corrupt place. From scamming clients, and workers. As well as management is a friend of the owner, and it shows since there was always a lot of sketchy transactions. wouldn't recommend it.

It’s too difficult to refund the deposit. They said it would take a month (until the end of October) and now it’s been almost a month and it still hasn’t been refunded. There’s no integrity. It’s rubbish.
