Located at the corner of La Puente Rd and Lemon Ave, right across from the fire station. The plaza itself is convenient with plenty of familiar neighbors — a donut shop next door, Vons, Wells Fargo, and Chase Bank all sharing the same large parking lot.
🚗 Car Wash:
This gas station does offer a car wash service, but be prepared — there’s almost always a line of cars waiting. If you’re in a hurry, this isn’t the place for a quick wash.
⛽ Gas Pumps:
The touch-less card readers at the pump rarely work, which means you’ll often end up walking inside just to pay. Not the most convenient setup when you just want to fuel and go.
🏪 Inside the Store:
The inside experience is hit-or-miss. There’s usually a line, and the staff take their time helping customers. The most frustrating part? When you finally find something to buy, they sometimes can’t scan it into their system. I’ve had items scanned multiple times only for the register to reject them completely. Imagine waiting in line, finally reaching the counter, and then being told you can’t buy the product because of a store error.
✨ Overall:
While the location is convenient, the constant lines, unreliable card readers, and store system issues make this gas station more of a last-resort stop than a go-to. A place you go because you have to — not because you want to.

During these unprecedented times of uncertainty with the COVID-19 virus, one would think that people would practice precaution to reduce, if not eliminate the possibility of transmission of infection. My son was at this station this afternoon making a purchase. He was greeted by a coughing attendant who wasn't wearing a mask, did not cough into her elbow, nor did she cover her face. She instead coughed into a dirty rag that she had in her hand and she then used that same rag that she coughed into to wipe down the front counter! As if this wasn't bad enough, she proceeded to give my son his purchase with those same dirty, infected, festering fingers. Not once did she wipe her hands, or use at the very least a hand sanitizer. She just went about as if this was normal behavior. When I called to get the manager's name and number to report the incident, the attendant acted as if she didn't speak English, so I then spoke to her in Spanish and she acted as if she didn't know that either. Well, dang, what language do you speak? And of course, she doesn't know who to contact in the event of an emergency. I feel so safe knowing that in the event of an emergency or accident, someone's life is in the hands of this capable individual who apparently has no manager contact information. I've already called their corporate office regarding this individual's blatant disregard for human life. And I'm letting the rest of you know as well

Review about car wash only!! The worst car wash ever. Not sure how or what but wax dripped on to my car when the wash was over and now I can't get it off. For the wait time of the wash, it does NOT do a good job of cleaning. Loved the idea but definitely a fail. Would never come back nor would I recommend this wash to anyone

The manager at this Chevron is extremely rude and unprofessional. We are longtime customer of this station and Walnut residents and will never go back. My daughter went to get a car wash and was not familiar with the way the line works. She motioned for 2 cars to go ahead of her and one car didn't go. My daughter was then told by the manager Liliana Padilla that she had to leave the line because the guy called to complain. She did not ask for my daughters side of the story when she tried to talk she was rude and kept saying she had to leave. When she asked for her name she refused to give it out. We had to call the store to talk to someone else to get the managers name. Totally uncalled for. She shouldn't be in charge of managing a store.

This facility does a poor job making sure people don't cut in the car wash line. Stupid low class people will always cut. And even stupider lazy managers will let them. Was there since 12:30 8/24 and the male manager refuse to do anything. Honestly, he was an a*******

4/28/19 12:15pm. Fat lady that was the cashier locks the gas station door as I walk up to it and points at a paper printed out saying she will be back in 10mins. I asked her if I can buy a drink and she replies "Can you not read? I already clocked out." First off I can read just fine and you clocking out is not my problem. I'm a customer right?

Review for car wash: This is a touchless car wash- there are no brushes or fabric and it uses a high pressure washer. Pros: - car does get clean - relatively cheap (esp if you're using a coupon) - there's a vacuuming apparatus outside the car wash station so you can self- vacuum your car. Not sure if there's an additional fee for this Cons: - the line and wait time can be very long. The most expensive car wash ($9) takes approximately 7 minutes, so if there are four or five cars in front of you it could easily take a half hour before it's your turn - it is very awkwardly placed and frustrating to move about the gas station because of how the car wash is placed and how the line wraps around the gas station - car wont be 100% dry (but you get what you pay for, and if it really matters to you, you could use your own microfiber cloth) Tips: - find a coupon. You can get the most expensive wash for $5 one time (originally $9), or $20 monthly pass. - there are three types of car washes (see photo for package details). Get the most expensive with the coupon. - if you don't wash the car enough to justify buying a monthly pass, you can buy a one time ticket and use it another day (but it does have a one month expiration date). This would be helpful if the car wash line is long, and anytime you're driving by and you notice that the line is short or empty, you can quickly get it done. Just keep your ticket/receipt with the code on it in your car for easy access. - some people will try to cut in line, but not all of them do it intentionally. The structure of this gas station and car wash is very awkward and some people just don't know. Keep that in mind and if someone does cut, just politely honk and direct them to the back of the line. A lot of people really just don't know ---------- Review for gas station and store: - gas station is clean and great, aside from the annoying/awkward car wash situation - staff are always nice and polite

Today was one of my worst experiences at this chevron because today I had went with my grandmother who is 77 years old to buy Powerball and scratchers. When she won on the scratchers she had won two tickets back and $7. Each ticket was $5, when the cashier gave her the money she only gave her $10 back. When she was suppose to get $17 back. It was clear that she had two of the winning numbers that were winners. One for $5 and one for $2 the lady insisted on not giving her the correct amount of money. My grandmother had asked to see it and scan it again she didn't want to because she had said that on the screen it only said $10. We were not able to see the screen where it had said $10. But I am 100% sure it said $17. I then had told the cashier that she was incorrect and I started to look at the ticket and sure enough it was clear that she had lied that it was $10. I then started to point at the ticket to my grandmother that she was wrong when the cashier had said that " I will not go to jail for you touching the ticket and if you touch it then I will call the police on you" I didn't touch the ticket when she was saying that. I was just pointing it out to my grandmother. I hate when people take advantage of anyone who is of a larger age especially when it is a person of my own family. I am 14 years old where I can't do anything to help my grandma and where some crazy lady is telling me that she is going to call the cops on me. Since I am under age I am not able to help my grandma who is starting to forget stuff to not get taking advantage of. I would not recommend you come here to buy scratchers or lottery tickets. Because you may get taken advantage of too. Also cause the gas prices are outrageous. When you can go to a gas station not more than 3 miles away for 35 cent cheaper and same gas. I would like to not put a star for the terrible experience but I sadly have to put at least one.

Ridiculous set up for a car wash. The line is always long and cars block pumps and access to cars trying to enter and exit the car wash. The parcel of land was not initially large enough to house the newly installed car wash. I won't be getting gas here again.

Horrible service. On 11/2, I purchased a one month car wash package for $24.99. The pass worked on the first day when purchased. The manager was the person placed the car wash sticker on my car. After that, I tried on 11/8 and 11/10, never worked again. I stopped by on 11/10 to talk to the cashier asking the reason and after reviewing the record and she did not see my pass being recorded. She asked me to return on Monday, 11/12, to talk to a manager. I stopped today and explained what happened. The manager, Sam, stated there were other people purchased for another vehicle but bring the receipt and said it's not working. I stopped him right there and said are you accusing me as a cheater. I said I did not, I only purchased for my car. He said he was trying to explain. He later went into their office and it was activated but maybe sticker was not placed right. I then asked again, are you accusing me a cheater. He did not apologize for making the comments but insisted he was trying to explain to me. I said that was not an explanation and you were accusing me. I want my money back and I do not want to deal with your station. After I received the refund $25, since I paid $24.99, I left a penny on the table. He started yelling at me you don't hit the table and we don't have to serve you. I said I don't care, I won't come back to this station anymore. The manager's comments on how others do to them have nothing to do with my purchases. I was told by their employee, it was not on record on 11/9 and was asked to return on Monday. I felt offered and discriminated against by the station based on the manager's bias comments.

This car wash is a joke. The best you can hope fore here is to simply rinse your car. It does not remove anything more than dust. To make is worse the dryer isn't working half the time leaving you car looking worse with water spots than it did before entering the wash.
