Jon at the Industry location made our storage selection a great experience. He maintained a positive attitude and exuded high energy throughout the transaction. Jon was professional, kind and knowledgeable about the property. Jon’s enthusiasm, robust laugh and insight allowed us to feel heard and comfortable about storing our things here. Lastly, we looked at 2 units and both were very clean and odor free and there were no sneaky charges added to our transaction.
