I have been with this extra space for years now. They are constantly updating. Recently when I go in to update my credit card info. They even automatically help me look foe the lowest rate for my unit.

Jon and Bianca were both very professional and friendly in helping selecting the right size of unit for my needs. I received a great promotional deal. This facility is safely gated and spacious and very very clean, my unit is a 5x8 indoor access, it fits pretty much a whole bedroom, including closet, queen mattress, chairs, lots of boxes, and even more room. The indoor hallway is spotless from dusts and has sufficient lighting. The mobile app opens the gate with just a button. Will definitely rent long term

I was pumping gas on my way home and came across your assistant Manager Bianca Ochoa at the fuel station. I had so many questions and she made sure to take the time to answer all of them even though she was on her break. I don’t have any bad experiences with the staff at the Walnut location. They have revamped the storage units. The staff is great to work with. John, I believe that he’s the manager; is very nice. Spoke with Bianca today who gave me information in order to save me some money on my unit.

Decent experience however after 4 months they sent me a letter saying they are DOUBLING my rent ($75 to $130 for a small 5x10) . The manager, John tried to accommodate me best he could.Shady end of the year corporate practices. I actually compared prices and the increase was MORE than nearby storage business despite corporate's claim that they are increasing due to competitive prices. So I will be moving all of my stuff to Public Storage after the holidays.I can't support a business that allows people to settle in then does a rug pull. I'll never use Extra Storage again. There's your review :)

As I came into ask about pricing... the worker, Bianca was happy helping another customer. But took the time to offer me a cup of water, due to to extreme hot weather. So far it's been a kind experience.

I have experienced great customer service at the Walnut Extra Space Storage location. The property is clean. The unit is spacious. The price point is reasonable, considering moving expenses can take it's toll. I appreciate the one month FREE special too.Moving to a new area is hectic, the one month free gives peace of mind during the transition. I thought I needed a week rental period but that week turned to months. If necessary, they will prorate rental period based on your needs (the young woman in management told me when I first reserved unit)...Call to confirm it's still an option, if you need something short term.Payments can be made online, in person, and/or over the phone. I noticed a change in billing rate, so I called to figure out if it was a late fee (FYI- you get 10 DAYS GRACE Period to pay balance). I had the pleasure of speaking to John (I think he's a customer service representative). He took time to listen and address my concerns. He went above and beyond to resolve the matter. It's appreciated because you're not just a numbered unit at Walnut site, you're a person going through changes to declutter or move into a new home. It's emotional, it's physical, it's exhausting.The size of unit (including price/sq unit), the security measures in place, and the support received from an understanding team makes a difference in choosing to book, stay, or vacate a storage facility.I would recommend Walnut Extra Space Storage to anyone looking to store belongings short term or long term.

Stored all my stuff here for 8 years with no issues ever. The guy working there, Jon, is a great guy. He helped me update my info and close out my unit. If you're unsure about something or need extra help, he's your man.

The service at this location has been nothing but the BEST to me. The manager John and ALL his staff are completely helpful, and carry such a great attitude. They have never gave me a problem.
