Fast ,Easy ,and friendly. Made my reservation online for a unit, got a call from Nicole Lopez , she walked me through the process over the phone was friendly informative, and extremely nice! I was feeling under the weather the day she called me, her patience with me with appreciated, but I love how she recommended a remedy to try, didn’t not expect it but it showed me that she was someone who cares!
