Friendly and attentive staff. Helpful and accommodating. The wait was quite short even though I expected, and was told it would be, a much longer wait. the tires seem to be very good quality especially for the low price.

Called and made an appointment in advance so that I won’t have to wait that long just for an oil change. Arrived and the service advisor said he did have my appointment but it’s gonna be at least a 5 hour wait just for an oil change.

Had a 10:30 appointment and they didn't see my vehicle for 2hrs. Gave me an estimate over $200 more than the bmw dealership. Horrible customer service, rude and dismissive. Was bringing my mine and my wife's cars. Will really be reconsidering whether we'll be returning.

I come here to drop off oil, transmission and brake fluids. What’s helpful is that they don’t just take car batteries but all your other batteries too. Usually it’s Rene taking them off my hands and he’s very pleasant and helpful.

I called for an appointment to get an oil change, I got the appointment for 30 minutes later! They got me in, Danny is always very nice. It took a little over an hour, because they looked at my tires and I needed to replace one, so we did that too. They they sent me on my way. Good experience.

Great customer service at this location! I stopped by to put air in all of my tires on the previous day, and Rene - one of the mechanics - was very courteous and professional in helping me out.
Awesome employees at this auto center! Highly recommended.

I walked in without an appointment on a weekend morning with an urgent brake issue. Danny was able to take care of me and worked me into the schedule. I got the car back the same day much earlier than expected and the problem was completely fixed. Very pleased.
Note: for any wheel off service, I strongly recommend checking the lug nuts yourself with a torque wrench.

Danny and Anna were communicative and friendly every step of the way. I appreciated the honesty when Anna said they were backed up and wouldn't be able to get to my vehicle and would need to keep it overnight. Danny was also very understanding when not all tires were shipped together and graciously held some on sight until the remaining tires arrived.

I've had some reservations about Firestone in the past because of bad service and customer service. However, this visit was truly amazing. Danny, our tech helped us out tremendously and Rene the manager was very helpful in getting our problem handled. I appreciate the 180 degree turnaround at this store.
