Sent in my radio for repairs under JVCKenwood warranty. Unfortunately my personal radio couldn't be fixed . Sent me a brand new one from JVCKenwood a few days later. Fast , Friendly, Transparent on process. Thank you guys for your help.

I had then repair my kenwood dnx891hd it cost me alot of money 395.00 but it's fixed an I got a 30 day warranty on it.

Sent in a Kenwood bluetooth amp for my motorcycle. It was under warranty so no charge other than shipping to them. Not a complaint but they had it for about a month, who knows how much volume they have for repairs. Just tested it & it works just fine, thanks @ FTH Group!
