The quality was superb, even though I was asking them to print cards that were smaller and more difficult to do. “Manny was super sweet and kind. I'm so glad I got referred to the Little Copy Shop in Chino. He was able to print my 1000+ pages same day (within hours). He stayed open after closing as a courtesy for me and even discounted the copy prices for a Homeschool mama like me. THANK YOU! I didn't even expect him to track the black and white from the color in my MULTIPLE multi page downloads. Homeschool mama's know what type of documents I'm talking about. I emailed him like 3 zip files with a screen full of folders and pdfs in it. But MANNY got it done. Also I was only charged black and white prices for blk and wht pages and only charged color prices for color pages which was a HUGE help. I didn't even know he could track things like that. Overall I saved time and money. It was WAY more affordable and convenient to use the little copy shop than going to the library or staples like I typically do for prints. If you are in the Chino area (and even if you are not) I highly recommend using the little print shop! ?”
“I highly recommend this place! Jesse was super nice, accommodating, and honest!!! I wanted to order a triangle pennant from a baseball season that my son's team didn't order it that season. I was willing to pay extra just to have the pennant! He told me that he had an order of the triangle pennant for another team and could print my order with that order, so he'll charge me the normal price! He could have made extra money off me, but he didn't. So highly recommend!!! Also, the pennants always come out excellent!”

“What great customer service! I was able to get a particular type of print the same day that most other printing companies don't do for no extra rush charge or anything. They just told me to come in and it was 2 days before Christmas! I spoke to someone over the phone, I believe was Dennis, and he was knowledgeable and helpful, very kind. He had me email him the print ahead of time and advised on what I should try. When I went in, the person who rang me up was also very nice. Moving forward, they'll be my go to for printing services. “Found this local gem on Yelp of course! Needed some shirts/hoodies with our logo made for our business and wanted to #supportlocal. From start to finish, my experience was flawless thanks to Erica and her team!! Phenomenal customer service skills here at FSP! I brought in my shirts and hoodie that I wanted our logo printed on - but they also have all sorts of items that you can order through them for printing as well. Erica made it so easy too!! I briefly explained to her the look I was going for - sort of vintage style lettering and what I wanted it to say etc. And then all I had to do was email her a high res copy of our logo. Within no time, Erica emailed me an example of what it would look like and it was PERFECT!! Exactly what I wanted right on the first try!! I was so thrilled with what she designed! And she's extremely responsive via phone and email. They always answer calls right away and respond to emails immediately it seems like! What a way to do business! There was a slight issue with the vinyl material (not at all the fault of FSP)- but Erica contacted me right away and gave me plenty of options - if I went with a more stiff kind of vinyl I could still meet my order pickup date, OR I could opt to wait for the much softer, higher quality vinyl to come in. Erica did a great job of fully explaining to me the differences in the products - so I opted to wait for the higher quality material and I'm so glad I did! The finished product is just what I was hoping for! It came out amazing! Decent quality, nice and soft, very pliable, moves well while wearing, very clear picture, AND it held up very well after the first wash so far! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well! My whole order of 3 shirts and a hoodie with front and back quality vinyl printing was less than $100!! They also do larger orders and I believe it gives you more of a discount on each item. They also have my designs saved in their system now - so when I'm ready for more it'll be so fast and easy!! Next time we're going to do some hats and backpacks too! They have plenty of parking and their location is super easy to find, very near Old Town Monrovia. Currently they have you wait outside and call their phone number for service due to Covid and they have a small office...but like I said, they answer all their calls right away - so I never had to wait at all! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Thanks so so much to Erica and her awesome team!! We will DEFINITELY be back!”

Lots of eateries nearby and right in the art district of Pomona which went perfect with my theme. Everyone loved it and had a great time. It is modern and very clean and Tash goes above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly. The location has 70 ft high ceilings and 30 ft walls that have so much potential! I didn't know he had other types of paper. It was brought to my attention that I needed more. What i did not know I WANTED was the TEXTURED PAPER he offered called LINEN. My resume was printed on LINEN guys. Check the photo for reference.I then confidently handed my resume to a future employer. I felt professional, detailed and elegant. Usually single prints are $0.25 cents each. The linen paper was worth $0.50 cents each. I Left paying $1.00 total.Steve was so happy to help me, never treats me like I'm wasting his time.
