Amy was very kind and friendly while we were inquiring about the watches we wanted to see. She was very honest about the possible wait times for my mothers Oyster Perpetual and my desired GMT Master Batman. For Amy, we are able to wait the time. We are very excited to receive the call. The security outside was very nice as well.

About three weeks ago, I visited the Hing Wa Lee Walnut store to purchase a Rolex Air-King. I had already made up my mind about what I wanted and had done my research, so I didn’t have any further questions about the item. I wanted to try it on in person. Hank was a knowledgeable staff member who was there to help me with the process.
Within three days of signing up, Hank sent me a text message informing me that the watch had arrived. I received the watch and Hank assisted me in setting it up with the warranty paperwork and ensuring that it was ready for use.
Since I’ve had a positive experience, I would like to publicly praise the Hing Wa Lee Walnut store on Google Reviews. I see that management responds to reviews, I would also like to express my gratitude to Hank for his prompt and efficient assistance. Please pass my thanks to him.

I had the privilege of visiting the Walnut location. I made a commitment last year, if I was around the Rowland Heights area, I would visit the second Hing Wa Lee location.
But Ivy Hu who assisted me is very nice. I explained to her I'm looking for a 3rd Rolex and currently seeking a Black Date Submariner with the Oyster Steel bracelet. Unfortunately, like the other 2 Hing Wa Lee locations, she told me sports model rarely arrive in their shipment. If Rolex does ship them one, then they are very lucky.
I currently have my name down for the Submariner at all 3 Hing Wa Lee locations just to boost my chances of obtaining one. San Gabriel got me 2 Rolexes last year. I would only buy from Hing Wa Lee and nowhere else because I feel more comfortable dealing with an Asian company.
The great thing about this location is the parking is plentiful. I believe there is like 40 parking spaces. The San Gabriel one has 20 parking spaces. The Larchmont location is inconvenient since it shares parking spaces with Chase Bank customers. Plus driving near Koreatown is already hard enough since majority of the streets is merged from two lanes into one lane, which causes you to sit in traffic.

Excellent customer service from Jenny. She was very welcoming, and patient as I searched for a new watch. I opted for the Tudor Pelagos which is a beautiful timepiece I can wear daily, that suits all sorts of styles.
All the reviews about this store and specifically Jenny were spot on. I would definitely come back for my next watch, and will recommend to others.

I wasn't even looking to buy a watch. I just tagged along with some friends because they wanted to buy a watch. But as soon as I walked in, I saw my dream watch. There was no way I was going to buy the watch but Jenny gave me sick a great price, I could not pass it up. Had a great experience and love the watch. Thanks Jenny. Ask for her, she’s the best!
