My elderly mom took her Pixel phone to iRepair for a SIM card issue, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. From the very beginning, the owner’s communication was stellar. He responded to my messages almost instantly, which made the whole process so much easier.
When she arrived, the owner was incredibly friendly and understanding of my mom's situation. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the phone was repaired in no time. My iPad Pro 12.9" had a pretty bad cracked glass and the charger wasn't working. I thought I was going to have to spend at least $1k for a new one, but I found iRepair and decided to bring it in. I spoke with Jerry, and he gave me a reasonable quote for the damages over text. When I arrived, he inspected and told me it'll be ready by the end of the day, which was able to deliver on. He really struck me as someone who really knew what he was doing. When I received my iPad Pro, it was a beautiful sight. :) The glass was pristine as Jerry peeled off the plastic for me, and the charger worked perfectly. I'm very happy with the service, and Jerry is very easy to work with. I found out later that he has had 14+ years of experience repairing iPhones, iPads, etc. If you have a cracked glass or something is wrong with your iPhone or iPad, I highly recommend Jerry for your repairs.

I needed my iPad repaired and called iRepair. Unfortunately they were not open that day because of an emergency but he was able to check if he had the parts needed to repair my iPad in stock. He didn't have them but said he would order it and let me know when he receives it. He messaged me on Monday and unfortunately I couldn't make it back to him until the weekend. I messaged him on Saturday and he even messaged me back before hours. Family emergencies happen but he stayed in touch with me and always communicated. Before hours or when he was at the other location, he picked up his phone and he messaged me back. My iPad was ready in 2 hours and looks beautiful! I will never go anywhere else. This is a message for you jerry.. you jackass.. if you had take your time.to see what you did to caused malfunction of my trackpad.. I woulda leave you a 5 star review.... I took the back plate off.. you totally put the batter not in the correct slot causing the back plate to compress on the trackpad....so don't start blaming your customers on things YOU did..
