I purchased a bull bar for my vehicle from this business via Amazon. The item was poorly made and defective.
It was supposed to be custom fit for my vehicle but didn't fit at all. Part of the postal required cutting pieces off of the vehicle to even get to the point of realizing this. I returned the item. The seller refunded me 89 out of 170 dollars, saying i damaged a defective item and they can't resell it.
They charged a 50% restocking fee?
To restock a defective item that they should not be trying to resell anyway?

These people suck in communication. Tried for several days calling all through out the day. No answer or straight to voice mail. They sent my step bars with no instructions. I think some of the parts are incorrect. Y’all order from who you want too but personally I would not use this company.

Bought parts for my vehicle which obviously were NOT compatible. Several red flags once I googled this company doing the same thing to many people. There were no instructions for installation, poor English on Amazon return label (at my expense) and no communication from the company when identifying they sent the wrong parts. The return process paperwork suggests they expect a high # of incorrect parts to be shipped and they take the chance people won't return due to return shipping cost. Beware.

Bought $600 head lights and company wants me to send them the broken one before sending me an replacement. So they want me to drive with missing head light and risk getting into an accident. Won’t do business with them again.

Running boards purchased were not as described to fit my truck. Missing mounting brackets. Also when shipped back only provided one label for 2 boxes. I had to pay out of pocket to return useless items. Seller on Amazon. Be careful.

just received my nerf bars that I purchased for my 2016 Dodge Ram, no instruction on how to install brackets, stated that bars were marked passenger side, and driver side! yeah that"s not there either. I work for the biggest and #1 Dealership in Missouri. Who sells a product with no instructions?

Moisture in headlights and I have had them in for a month. I drove at night once and the headlights are way to the left, come to find out there's no horizontal adjustment. It's too late to return them so I'm stuck with junk. Hopefully I can get a shop to adjust them
