“To be honest, I almost had a bad experience until Karla came to help me out. When I dropped my martial art uniform off, the second time around, I explained to the owner (I believe he was the owner.. Asian older man) that the uniform pants suppose to have creases but told him last time when I dropped it off, the crease was on the side instead in the front. Told him it’s not suppose to have crease on the side. And he said under his breath, “These uniforms don’t need creases.” And told me that then he’ll put an indication as no crease at all. So I said fine. When I came for my uniform, it was creased again on the side. Karla explained as nicely as possible that in their term “no crease” is creasing on the side.. wish he explained it to me then I would have said no and that I want the creases in the front.. so she said they can fix it right away and waited about less than five minutes. Additionally, to make me feel better, Karla gave me a lint roller. A small gift they give out every year. “Mr. Roy is wonderful! In fact, I think his name is Mr. Roy Wonderful (probably not, but could be)! Not only does he have a true American Dream life story, but he also knows his craft! I brought my 25th wedding anniversary dress to him because it did not fit well at all. It was at least two sizes too large in the bust and too long. No problem for Mr. Roy and the team at Wheeler Cleaners. He and his team took their time to look at how the dress was made, whether or not they advised alteration and what those alterations would look like. They do not nickel and dime you.... one very fair price for high quality work. They also worked on my daughters dress by adding gems to help make it a bit more discreet. I went there on recommendation from my husband who has his dress shirts laundered there and always looks like a million bucks!!”

The period between dropping off and picking up is usually about a day. The price of dry cleaning has gone up, but has everything else. I recommend this location.”

They were able to help me fix the sides and the hem area and had it done very quickly. After my wedding, I took it back for dry clean and preservation. I was afraid that they weren't going to be able to remove the stains. I expressed to them my concerns and were so kind to show me the dress before putting it n the preservation box. And to my surprise, all the stains were gone. My dress was looking beautiful again. I am so thankful I found this place. I loved the high quality of their work and the great customer service. When I got there, Maria was so sweet and so nice. She did an excellent job cleaning the dress, especially the bottom train, which was covered in dirt from walking around taking pictures. I knew that my dress would be boxed, but I didn't expect such a beautiful box and for my dress to look so beautifully placed inside. Maria is very sweet, kind, patient, and meticulous. If anyone is looking for a place to dry clean and preserve their dress forever, this is the best place around! She also does dress alterations. “My 3 year old LOVES his baby blanket. He goes everywhere with it and drags it on the ground, over rocks, on the stairs, you name it. After countless washings and picking and biting, the satin binding began to come undone. He continued to pull at it and bite it until almost one side was off and the two sides of the blanket were coming apart. We needed an emergency seamstress! I've come here in the past for some quick tailoring, so I knew the quality of the work. Located in the Stater Bros and Rite Aid shopping plaza, it's easy to get to with ample parking. When my wife brought the blanket in, the seamstress was so understanding and empathetic knowing that my baby couldn't sleep without his blankey, so she assured us that it would be ready in 5 hours. 3 hours later. I happened to be in the neighborhood and I called if I could pick up the blanket early and it was DONE! Wow, the repair was flawless and early to boot and my 3 year old is happy and sleeping soundly... at least for the next hour. Then he's up until 11pm! Sigh, if only the seamstress could fix his sleeping habits...”

I inquired about tailoring one of my pajama pants (she called them sentimental pajamas because she told me it would cost more to tailor it then just buying a new one, but I told her my wife got it for me and it has sentimental value to me lol). She respected my decision and she ended up tailoring the way I want it and I was very happy and grateful with her work and the results!They're very honest with you and will not upsell their services. They will only tell you what's needed to be done to your clothes (i.e. your fitting, hemming, etc.). “I made a stop at this laundromat Wednesday morning with my family since our washer was broken and we really needed to wash our clothes. There were many washers and dryers available for use. Upon walking in, the place immediately looked clean. A nice individual inside the laundromat helped us with a couple of questions we had about the washer. An easy card must be purchased (only takes cash) before using the machines. Overall, the area seemed safe in the morning and I was able to stop by the local Dollar Tree that was just across this place. Would recommend coming here to this laundromat!”

Prefect service and the price is never more than what is on the pre-printed receipts at drop off. Husband has gone here 10 years and I am going on 4 years. I will not go anywhere else. However, with the holidays I needed an item cleaned. I am so glad I found Rosa!! She's reasonable and does a great job. I even had a zipper repaired.I will suggest to her that she be reliable on hours of operation based on what's on Yelp. I looked it up and said 2pm.Happen to call and she said she was closing at 1pm.
