Every time I call they have been so helpful and addressed my concerns. Melinda deserves an enormous shout out, she is very knowledgeable/knows her stuff. James was very helpful and knowledgeable, working with me and answering all my questions with great patience. We started late during the day when most other insurance brokers were closed, and I just gave First Way Insurance Service a call knowing nothing beyond needing liability insurance. He asked the necessary questions and then let me know he would call me back with what he found. A few hours later by the end of the day he called me back having already found me a policy for my company that I could even start same day to have full coverage. I also found out I qualified for an additional discount because I had 5 years no tickets or accidents. The whole process took under 30 min. Give her a call. Her name is Jennifer .”
“Dealing with a loved one's death is already difficult enough but then having to handle different items after the fact takes another toll, I had to handle a few DMV related items for my loved one and the staff member that helped Yesenia was very nice, professional, patient and helpful.
While I was being helped they were very busy and had an elderly gentleman come in that was a bit hostile and loud and the staff handled the situation very gently and professionally. Very nice office, they offer a variety of services and the staff was great.”

“I want to share my experience with AAA, which ultimately ended on a very positive note.
I initially visited the Azusa location while waiting for my legacy plates. I was issued temporary tags, but unfortunately, over the course of six months, the Azusa office was not helpful and did not investigate why my plates never arrived. Despite multiple visits, there was no follow-up or resolution.
After six months of waiting, I decided to go to the Fullerton location, and that’s where everything changed. Ray went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to actually look into the issue, explained everything clearly, and helped me resubmit the order for my plates.
The difference in service was night and day. Thanks to Ray’s professionalism and dedication, I received my new plates in less than two weeks after my visit to the Fullerton office—after waiting six months with no answers elsewhere.
