Every worker here has their own bubbly personality and I love it!! They’re always helpful even when things get a bit complicated. They’re always on point with mobile orders, and the store always looks amazing. They have self check out too!
I frequently shop for yarn, and I don’t think they restock too often. So I recommend checking their app if they have what you’re looking for in stock, it’s usually 90% correct. There’s also coupons you can use all the time.
I just always have issues with returns. And it’s none of the workers faults, of course. I’ve had a few returns with purchases on debit/credit cards, that I haven’t gotten refunds from yet. I’ve called and been told to wait “7-10 business days” but it’s been months, and I’m sure there’s nothing I can do about it now. I’m probably just going to opt for using cash to be safe.
I placed an online order today to use a gift card, and had 17¢ left over, so I used my credit card. And I later found out my gift card was never charged, but my credit card was charged for the entire order. I got an email for my refund of my gift card. I’m sure I typed in everything correctly, otherwise it wouldn’t have been placed. Pretty annoying, but oh well. I come here often anyway.
But I love this store, it’s my go to craft store. I prefer this location over any other ones nearby

Michael’s is well stocked with items you may need for your occasions a baby shower is what we needed. The structure is really big with many different items. It has seasonal, arrangements, paint, glue guns, material cloth, signs and just about everything you may need to put together. It also has a workshop for kids and adults. We put together a flower arrangement for a baby shower and found what we needed. Customer service is great, there are enough registers to keep the line going and plenty of parking with handicapped stalls at the front entrance.

I was at this Micheal's on 4/13/24 at 11:15am and I could not find any help! I could only find the cashier up at the front! Why add kiosks when you need sales people on the floor helping customers and not to mention the two managers in the back gossiping with the frame guy. Why are we getting robots and paying managers to do nothing but stand around and have only one person out on the floor. Do better Michale's!!!!

This Michaels seems to be mostly empty every time I visit. I hope it's not going anywhere soon. The store is big but inventory seems to be less than other stores. I still like coming here though because of its location. Lots of parking too. They also have sales often. The cashiers are pretty nice and respectful most of the time. I just wished they close later on Sundays.

They give a 15% for military if anyone in the service didn't know. Minus one star because they play that "Bed Bath and Beyond game" of having alot of things buy-one get-one free, etc., just give us a standard low price, and leave the gimmicks.
