The staff at this bookstore is very helpful and incredibly nice. The group of kids staff helps get books quick. Hours are a little inconvenient, closed at 3PM and off on Mondays. Everything is overpriced. Return some textbooks forced to go on campus since the shipping label would not print. The website had issues and now can't get a refund for the shipping fee. Staff is nice, they let me refund an unopened lab manual even though the return window elapsed.

My experience was very good, good service, but I found the price a little high for the clothes, a discount for new students on their first purchase would be a great thing.

The group of kids (staff) at this bookstore is very helpful. I am thankful for Memo who helped me with my daughters books. He and the others there help me get her what she needed very quick.
