I think this place has closed, I left a message once, it was never returned, and when I call now, nobody answers, and there is no way to leave a message. I stopped by the shop several times, and it is always closed, The paint and signs on the window are all faded. there is an old faded sign that says "I am delivering flowers" but it never moves, and there are no hours posted. It appears they have gone out of business

I have been coming to Pavilion Florist for the past 5 years. I use them for all my floral needs. I also use them for my business as a special Mother's Day gift. Jeanie the owner goes above and beyond to make sure I get the floral arrangements that I am asking for. She is extremely knowledgeable about the flowers and know just the right recommendation of flowers for the occasion. Deliveries are also made on time as promised. Pavilion Florist is also a huge supporter of the local schools, from graduations, home coming dances, and many other school events. This is the place to go for all your floral needs.

Oh gawsh this place is horrible.. no passion for flowers whatsoever. By far this is the ugliest boutonnieres I've ever seen. Not only it's over priced it also came in dirty plastic bag with lot of dog hairs in it. Wtf?! I asked what happened to a box she said ran out week ago. Oh great presentation for the date. The Rose itself also looked like it about to die. So lifeless - so sad. It had brown spot everywhere. Where is passion?! This is terrible business. Boutonnieres only takes one flower to do.. you Gotta pick the best not the lifeless Brown looking white rose. So disappointing! And no it does not come in a dirty plastic bag!!! That just plain wrong. It does not take 10 minutes to do but the one I received looked lousy quality. I ended up toss it and bought a new one for her at the market and guess what its half price of what I paid here and it came in a nice clear box not dirty plastic bag. Do not come here for any reason... This place is the worst florist in town!!

I attended here for my high school dance flowers. The lady working was very polite and patient with helping me choose the right flowers and colors to match with my dress. The day of the dance I picked up my courage and it was absolutely beautiful!!! I will definitely be coming back here again! Great customer service and reasonable prices!

Jeanie is amazing!!! I needed center pieces for my graduation party. I told her what school I was graduating from and my limited budget...she made it happen!! My centerpieces were beautiful!!!! I would recommend Jeanie to anybody and I know I'll definitely be going back to her for whatever occasion I have in the future.

Over the course of two years, I made several purchases from Pavilion Florist. The floral arrangements were "good enough" to merit giving them repeat business. Sadly, the order I placed last Valentine's Day was much less than satisfactory. When I picked up the flowers, Jeanie's elderly father handed me a lean arrangement with a scant few flowers. It did not include the flowers I had seen in the picture. I respectfully expressed my dissatisfaction and asked to speak to Jeanie who was not present. We spoke on the phone. Jeanie explained how she decided to change the arrangement [without consulting me - THE CLIENT] due to a lack of quality flowers. Her explanation seemed inexcusable. Nevertheless, 3 days before this last Mother's Day, I decided to give Pavilion another chance.

Jeannie is the best!!! I had another florist flake out on me at the last minute. Jeannie came through with simply beautiful centerpieces at a reasonable cost. Jeannie saved my event!!!

I ordered from here a $50 bouquet for a Quinceanera. The flowers we had ordered were Anemones. The bouquet was delivered to my house on time, BUT the bouquet was completely dead. The bouquet was completely worthless, and definitely not worth the $50. I've tried to contact the owner after to complain, but she never picked up the phone or even returned my phone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

Jeanie explained how she decided to change the arrangement [without consulting me - THE CLIENT] due to a lack of quality flowers. Her explanation seemed inexcusable. Nevertheless, today, 3 days before Mother's Day, I decided to give Pavilion's yet another chance. I drove to the shop and [once again] found Jeanie's father attending the place. I informed him that I wanted purchase a floral arrangement at the moment. He called Jeanie, but received no answer from her. He then told me he could prepare an arrangement if I was willing to wait. I agreed. He began making the arrangement with a dozen red roses. I stepped outside just to give him time to do the job. Twenty minutes later, I heard him speaking on the phone. He then came out and informed me that the roses he was working with had already been purchased by another client. He then suggested I come back later or tomorrow if I wanted to make a purchase. And on that note, I respectfully excused myself and departed. I - THE CLIENT - went out of my way to give this establishment my business. Sadly, their business approach and operating means fall short of what is considered "acceptable business practices." A business is there to accommodate THE CLIENT'S wants, wishes and needs, not the other way around. I will never again give this place my business. I will never recommend this place to anyone else.

Our company has used Pavilion Florist for many occassions and the floral arrangements are always so beautiful and fresh, and because of this fact, I recently ordered flowers for my father-in-laws funeral. The arrangement was so gorgeous, the quality of the flowers was excellent and we received many compliments on the arrangement. A big thank you to Jeanie for the great job.

Ordered flowers for a random occasion (not on any major holidays). Definitely NOT a good choice. Flowers were lifeless and wilted, had been sitting out for a long time, and overpriced. Not considerate of details... ie. color (white is not the same as pink), pick up time (upon arrival, was told to come back in 2 hours...and it still wasn't ready), and overall assembly ("forgot" to tie certain pieces in the right places). I'd suggest Charming Flowers & Gifts in Rowland Heights on Colima. Better customer service, wider range of bouquet arrangements, and prices are more wallet-friendly.

Jeanie, the lady that works here is an absolutely doll, she was very friendly and makes helpful tips and suggestions if you are a flower noobie, like me. She seems to been in business a very long tie, serving the local Walnut area and surrounding neighboring cities. I love the fact that she's close by to my parent's place. So why did I come here? Well, I came here to get a bouquet of flowers for a very special lady friend... it was for her birthday, so I came to Pavilion Florist a week ahead of schedule to put a deposit down. Being a total flower noob, I asked for suggestions. I was originally set on Daffodils, since the birthday girl said that daffodils were her favorite. I did get a call 1/2 down the week telling me that none of her suppliers had daffodils. I was bummed, but what can you say? They were just out of season. She did make a very nice and thoughtful suggestion to substitute which I went along with since I trust her judgment. 5/22 came, and 4pm was approaching. I was in a scavenger hunt to track down the birthday girl's favorite snacks, and drink, this was in addition to her actual birthday gift. Stopped by to pickup my order and it was beautifully wrapped. It was PERFECT! I had to add a ballon and card to finish it up. I was sure that the birthday girl was going to love it. I stopped by her house, only to find out her parents were there to open the door... I politely told them I was there to see (insert birthday girl's name) and give her an early birthday present which consisted of a gift bag full of goodies and the beautiful flowers from Pavilion Florist. Sorry for waking you up from your nap, birthday girl. But yeah, she loved everything, we hugged it out, etc... :)

For mother's day I wanted to get a bouquet sent to my mother's office the Friday before the holiday. I went in a week earlier, picked out a beautiful arrangement, and gave the shop keeper a business card to write down the address. Well that Friday rolled around, I was waiting and waiting to get a phone call from my mom. Nothing happened, I called my mom and she sounded really upset because all the other moms in the office got flowers all morning and MY MOTHER'S FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED UP!! I called the florist, already late in the afternoon, and asked what the hell happened to the flowers I bought. I was given this excuse, "We didn't know if it was a business or residence that we were delivering to." SO THEY JUST DIDN'T DELIVER! hint #1, I handed you a BUSINESS card for the delivery address. hint #2, in the address there is a specific suite number, and if that's not enough for you, my phone number was there for you to call me instead of just not doing anything and ruining that mother's day for my mom. i don't understand how they would let this slide when all they had to do was pick up the phone. They offered to deliver her flowers the following monday with a discount. lame. the holiday has already passed. the surprise is gone. nice save, losers. i'm never going here again and you shouldn't either.
