Stopped by to pick up my package as this was a DHL drop point. Great service, clearly a family run establishment but the Indian lady working was friendly! Got my package quickly.

They are frauds and don't want to get caught for the fraudulent mail activities they are doing here. Just answer the investigation questions, but you won't even do that and that's why I'm taking your company at Post Box Plus at 382 N Lemon Ave, Walnut, CA 91789 to court, for lying , stealing, and attempting to defraud me. BEWARE of these snakes before your mail is intercepted.

Despite what some of the other reviews, I've actually had successful postage deliveries using their location. Generally, the staff were helpful and were easy to communicate with when delivering letters to pen-pals.

Great service, friendly and helpful employees, and gets the job done! If you need to drop off a package and make sure it's in good hands, this is your place to go. I've have multiple issues with other places losing my packages or things going missing, but Post Box Plus has never failed me. Will continue to come here and recommend to others!

Horrible service! UPS dropped my package off here, my husband came to pick it up since I work the exact hours they are open and they refused to give my package to my husband. Even after showing ID and confirming the last name and having the ticket. UPS, please don't leave my packages here again.

One of the upmost rudest experience I have had. Could not answer questions for me and I felt like they were talking about me is the communicating with each other in another language. I was never rude or impolite. Recommend do not go to this place unless you just need a quick key.

I was in a hurry for work stopped by here to send birthday presents out , didn't have anything wrapped or in a box just the things I wanted to send! They boxed everything up for me very nicely and made sure it was secured and packed nicely ! They were so nice about it also made sure the box would get there by her birthday!!! It's nice to see there are still nice helpful people out there!!! They didn't have to do that for me , I'm so very thankful and grateful for them! Now I can make it to work on time very convenient !!!
