I brought my racquet for restringing. same quality same works, after 4 months . price higher 30%. I used to restringing 2-3 times. a bit disappointed.

Great store, good tennis spirit, nice people, decent people. However, veeeerry bad organization for their private tournament. They have good prizes though. Players are not very happy with the format or time spent. And, their famous raffle is something with a twist. Be careful, be certain to ask for the rules (they don't tell the rules...and then they say customer should not assume). All in all it could be great if they knew time management. I guess there is a trade in there somehow. What exactly? I don't know. All I know is that the majority of people feel fooled by the time spent to play fewer matches. It's atrocious.

Very bad stringer. Got 5 lbs less than I requested. Wasted my money. Owner is rude will not take responsibility. Owner told me my tecnifibre xone biphase dropped from 57 lbs to 35 lbs. It is untrue. These string only loose about 15% tension. If the owner has the knowledge, he will admit his bad stringing job.

5 out of 5 stars, this place is incredible such a welcoming and attentive shop. I was looking for a racket a month ago and the awesome staff helped me out not to mention the manager who walked me through some rackets finding me the perfect one. Place is very professional and welcoming will come again any time if I’m in need of any tennis maintenance or tools!
