“First time home buyer. It's hard to express my gratitude to the folks at McLeod for how easy and transparent they made the home buying process. They have very good knowledge of the area I was interested in (Covina, Azusa, West Covina, and surrounding area). I had so many questions about everything but everyone I communicated with was extremely helpful and thorough in helping me understand-- and when they didn't know the answer right away they get back with an accurate digestible answer very quickly.

I thought I was ready in to jump in in June and initially reached out but changed my mind due to changing circumstances. They were did not try to push me into the market when I wasn't ready and recommended I check back in August based on how I felt. When I did, Darwin and Sam were ready to work with me and my budget and timeline.

I want to especially note out that Darwin never pushed for a home or budget I wasn't comfortable with. He truly has great interest in my satisfaction with my home and to avoid any possibility of buyer's remorse. He held me to my own standards when I suggested properties that didn't fit my initial criteria.

“We recently needed to sell our home in a move that required us moving out state first and then putting our home on the market.
Let me state that I had previously been a top producing real estate agent and had a lot of experience in the industry.
I had several transactions with Juhee in that time frame and when it came time to sell I didn't even consider anyone else.
We reached out to Juhee and Justin a few months in advance of our move plans and they were most helpful in suggesting the home improvements we should make in preparation, as well as recommending contractors to do the work. When we made our purchase out of state things began to move quickly and Juhee and Justin quickly arranged the staging and worked with us for the remaining improvements prior to listing our home for sale. We ended up running out of time to meet our desired marketing window and I was unable to finish some of the final work I had planned. After our move, their team arranged for the final preparations, including window cleaning, whole house deep clean and landscape service for the listing period.
