I'm going to sound like a broken record but terrible customer service. I bought their display rack through one of their distributors and ended up getting a defective rifle rack. I've been trying to get a hold of someone for the past 3 months and nothing but radio silence. The product itself is great, I've enjoyed my purchase. All I would like to do is make an exchange but nobody answers their emails. I would retract my review if I could get this resolved but at this point I feel like this is the only way to get anyone's attention.

Excellent bag - horrible customer service. I purchased a Covert bag. I realized that it was missing a couple of the pull tabs that attach to the zippers. I contacted customer service for replacements and even offered to pay for them. I was told that they did not sell them. They should have replaced them since they were missing. Service is definitely lacking.

While they do a good product at a reasonable cost it comes at another price. I purchased several items from them and unfortunately some stuff didn't make it to me and when reaching out to them I found out their number is a waste and no one answers or calls back, emails take days to answer and when they do I'm pretty sure it's AI. I sent my order number off shipping label but then was asked for packaging and other assorted info and I had already threw away due to being excited about the items.
This company does great at sending their products to all the social media and that's great. But their Customer service is probably the worst I've ever seen. I will be taking my business to Lynx Defense.

Excellent quality bags and fantastic customer service. I own the Specialist Range Bag, the American Classic Rifle Case, and a bunch of accessories. They are all built to incredibly high standards. I would highly recommend Savior Equipment to anyone looking for high quality range bags.

I ordered the specialist range bag and it is everything I wanted and more! It has enough storage pockets and space for every item you’d need on the range. The quality is unmatched, this bag is built like a tank. The zippers are high quality and open and close like butter. The 3 included padded pouches are excellent! The padding on them is superb and the zippers have security holes that a lock can go through to ensure safety. The included shoulder strap is very comfortable with a large soft pad that makes carrying this bag on the range a breeze. My experience with customer service has been a 10/10 experience. They quickly answered my questions and concerns and made me 100% comfortable and confident I made the right purchase. If you’re on the fence about any of products from Savior, pull the trigger and place the order. You won’t be disappointed!

Wanted to return a rifle bag as I had bought another one from the site. Customer service support Bill initially advised to decline the delivery to return the package. Unfortunately I was unable to decline delivery and requested a return. Bill then asked again what was the reason for return and had not gotten back to me. Upon inspection of the bag, the zippers do seem to get snagged right after unboxing. Would not recommend.

I don't usually write reviews, but I think it's important to recognize quality when it is due. I have bought several items from Savior and haven't been disappointed yet. I very impressed with the quality and reasonable pricing of there products.

Terrible customer service. They sent me the wrong color rifle bag. I've sent several emails, made calls, left messages. They refuse to respond. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank.

Ordered a rifle case directly from their website. It was delivered to a wrong address and I never received it. No response from their customer support yet. I have various products from Savior, but I'm so disappointed in their lack of response.

Attempted to purchase rifle cases for my team to test. They said they would have someone contact me. Left my business card over a week ago and did not get a response.We ended up going with another company which is unfortunate for them because the order would have been rather large.

They go together pretty easily and seem to be well made. If you're doing a full room, be aware of the color of the wall rack, and the color of the horizontal racks is very different. I ordered both in SW gray, but they are not the same. I reached out to the company and was told that due to customer feedback, they make them different colors. Im sure the black is fine, but the SW gray is very different. Attached are the hooks from each for reference. The second photo is wall panels i purchased separately. Both are SW gray. Clearly, they are different. It was very disappointing, and the response from the owner Bill was even more discouraging.My advice is if you're building a full room, get all black out of the gate.

I purchased a rack from them several years ago, and recently broke a screw. I called to purchase a replacement screw, and they said not to worry, they’d just send me a new screw. A few weeks later they sent me a new screw, along with a new rack. Great company to deal with.
