Been a member and frequenter of this branch for over 15 years. The entire current staff is both amiable and knowledgeable, and willing to aid in any banking transaction with the utmost efficiency. A particular shout out to Marlene and Mike who have been mainstays there longer than I've been a member. Why anyone chooses a Globalist bank over SFCU I'll never understand.

Every time I come to schoolsfirst they are always friendly and kind at every location. Today at this location I had a amazing kind welcoming from Sam and Mike ended up being the one who took care of me for my credit card. People clearly love their job at Schools first and everyone has an amazing smile. Thank you so much for your kindness and overwhelming help Mike and Sam.

Funny How when you have been using this bank and have loans that you have have religiously paid and ask for help then they hit you with were sorry but you have limited payment history and we don't care that you have made payments early or that you have been on time that doesn't matter so if you need a bank thats got your back and sees the effort you put forth in making payments and see you as a person and not a number or a statistic this bank isnt the pbe you want to use my mother has been paying here loans from day one we went down there in November to pay what we owed to open the account but to them these things dont matter because she is untrustworthy and the payments she has made mean nothing so please dont use this bank and find one that treats you like a person not a statistic

Unless you want to be racially profiled don’t go to this bank… been banking here for afew years and never was asked to see my 2 forms of ID to deposit money into my account.. and the reason Ana the teller asked was cause she’s never seen me there before yet I do my banking here afew times a month… looks like I won’t be returning here I’ll bank somewhere else

Came to SchoolsFrist to become a member so I can apply for an auto loan. Everyone was super nice and friendly but Robert at the Walnut branch was super helpful with the whole process. He was able to help us get a new car in a matter of 3 days! Checked in on us during the process. Robert is the greatest!

Robert is the best #1 School First employee (MVP) This is the second time coming here too this bank and his truly the best! The first time I open a account for my son easy super fast process. Second time we had debt problems stressed the hell out and he help us sooo much. I truly recommend everyone to come too this bank and get helped out by Robert. Super chill cool guy!!!! If I could give 100 stars!!! I would that's how pleased relax and happy, I walk out after Robert help us. MVP Robert!!!!!

All the bankers here are very friendly and willing to help new members sign up for the credit union. I was helped by Mike and Robert and they provided excellent customer service. In order to be eligible for this credit union you have to work in a school district or have family members that work for a school district.
