Valerie at Sophie's wags to whiskers was always so happy and helpful! She did an amazing job grooming our Izzy. The entire staff from Barb who worked the front, to the bathers and groomers are just fantastic and you can tell that they care about the animals in the back. We are sad to see them leave, but are excited to meet the new owners!

I don't know what they did to my dog! Got home with red eyes and infection! Called the front desk lady to confirm it was just a shampoo problem? Luckily we had a vet appointment the same day and the doc said corneal damage..

When it wasn't busy, I went inside and heard a man yelling at a dog being groomed. It was jarring. No one noticed I was inside so this is probably normal behavior when customers aren't around. I would never take my dog here.

Absolutely love this place. They take care of your pup as if they're family. My 2 dogs love going to get groomed and come home happy after going to Sophie's. Highly recommend them for all your grooming needs!

Love this place. You can tell they genuinely love dogs and treat your dog like it was their own. My dog hates baths, but he didn't mind going with them.

I gave this place 5 stars five years ago. But sadly, I'm updating my review because this place has gone downhill post-COVID. The owner, always seems overwhelmed, rude and still wont allow customers inside. Every business is allowing people in their establishment now, except them. I think they always overbook because they keep my dogs much longer they should for a bath.But the final straw was taking my two dogs for a bath, and they kept them for SIX hours. I started calling after the 4th hour and was told they were "almost done", multiple times. When I finally picked them up, I was told they lost power the day before so they took the previous day's clients and were overbooked because of it. They didn't mention this to me when I dropped off my dogs or I would have never left them. When I picked up my dogs, they both peed before I could get in my car. That's when I realized they were caged most of that time with no access to relieve themselves. The worst was bringing them home and watching them guzzle a bowl of water because they were caged for 6 hours with no access to water either. So terrible.I gave two stars because the grooming work is always good. The customer service is terrible though.

I have two GSDs. Both of which come with a bunch of different anxieties and insecurities, so it's hard finding a groomer that can handle these two delicately, while provided quality grooming. This team knew exactly how to handle them and make sure both dogs felt comfortable and at ease. I am so so so relieved we found them. The quality of their service speaks for itself. One of our GSDs suffers from dry, flakey skin, & now her skin is so incredibly moisturized. Their coats are healthier than they've ever looked before! I will be using Sophie's Wags to Whiskers for all future grooming. Thank you so much!!

I have taken my dog hear for about 6 months and every time my dog has grown more fearful of going. The price also continues to go up and has no set prices. The lady who works the front is also rude and demands tips for her daughter's who are also the groomers. I have made the decision to not return after another horrible experience and $90 for grooming services.

Weird experience here. After a long wait for an appointment, she then wouldn't groom my 5 1/2 month old puppy because he was nervous and growly at her. I explained on the phone he was anxious about grooming places but she didn't even try to warm up to him and was defensive, saying in all her years blah, blah, blah, she's had maybe 4 dogs she couldn't groom, yadda yadda, etc... She even asked if my puppy was a rescue because he was afraid of her manner. I called up Happy and Love mobile pet groomers and they were absolutely wonderful. Can't recommend.
