Cam & Alec are super friendly and every time I go we end up in conversations, I typically go on my lunch break so it’s nice feeling like I can forget about work for a little. I love Cam’s cat! Both are great employees! A couple of weeks ago I finally met the owner Rome and really appreciated our conversation also. Everyone here has great customer service unlike many shops I’ve been to. “Not much was happening on a Sunday night in Glendora, so we decided to cruise over toward Claremont. On the way home—long after everything near us had shut down—we stumbled upon Lordsberg Cigar Shop in La Verne. What a find!
This place is simple, down-to-earth, and full of good vibes. The people were friendly, the atmosphere welcoming, and you could tell it had that tight-knit, neighborhood feel. The humidor was dialed in perfectly—the cigars came out at a cool, crisp 135, exactly how you want them.
It’s not flashy, and that’s what makes it great. Just real people enjoying a good cigar and a strong drink. I’m definitely coming back for one of their events. Looks like the kind of spot where the conversation flows as easily as the smoke.

“This is the greatest store on Planet Earth! A friend told me about this place today and looked cool online. Had NO IDEA how rad this spot actually was! Greatest staff I've encounter in a smoke shop environment, the owner, Tony, was a pleasure to meet and was extremely hospitable to me for a first time customer, the store is clean and organized and I thought the prices for their imported snacks was very fair. Their selection of glass is stellar and well priced, mad selections on trippy bars and weed goodies. I would not only recommend this place to be a one-stop shop, but I will actively be telling people about how rad this store is! Sunny Hills Exotics scored a lifelong customer today. “Amazing, amazing service!! My boyfriend bought a straight shooter bong and when he brought it home, we noticed it wasn't "working". We called and they said if we could bring it over (they were closing in 10 minutes but still allowed us to come).
When we got there, they were willing to fix the situation by checking out the bong to see whether or not if they can just fix it, or replace the bong entirely. They were able to fix it, and kept checking if it was to our liking before leaving.

“Been going there for years, the employees are cool compared to most other Smoke-shops, it’s nice that they are open late and have a rewards system for discounts and accessories. They have a good variety but no dry herb vaporizers. I had a defective bong but “all sales are final even if it’s defective”, got 35% off on a different bong but I rather just been able to swap it out so that the manufacturer knows where to improve their products.”
