The owner, Joe, is so helpful and kind and very knowledgeable with all types of vehicles and always goes above and beyond to care for my car. His associate, Edward, is also super friendly and great. They have quick turnaround times, too. And the prices are honest and fair. It’s a small ma and pa spot with plenty of repeat customers, and I love giving my business to them. This isn’t like a massive dealership with fancy waiting areas, which are usually unnecessary. There are nearby Starbucks and cafes and restaurants you can easily walk to and wait at while you’re waiting for your car. People who complain about services or language should do their own due diligence and take the time to call ahead to ensure your needs can be met. And a little patience goes a long way, too. Melody, the service consultant is always the one i go to for help and shes one of the best there! Dont overlook that shes a lady but she's knowledgeable and she knows she stuff. Great lady and she goes out and does extra! This is why my brother and I would take all our cars there for service.
They tend to get very busy the start of the week especially Mondays and Tuesdays so if you are planning to go in, call them ahead of time and make an appointment.”
