I always have a great experience at this UPS Store. The employees here are consistently polite, helpful, and professional. Every time I have visited for the past year they are always more than willing to assist me with whatever I need. The employees here take the time to answer my questions thoroughly and with patience. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service they provide and even though this UPS store is half an hour away from where I live, this is now my go-to UPS Store. 👍😊

I lost the receipt for a few shipments I made weeks ago at this store so I called up the store to ask for a copy of the receipt. Not only did Omar help me locate the receipt he also email them to me fast! Best UPS store experience ever!

The staff at this store were so helpful. I had an issue with the package delivery and they went above and beyond to resolve it directly with UPS for me and we finally got my package to its rightful location. They were empathetic when it really wasn’t in their control and great at problem solving, I’m so grateful! UPS is lucky to have them represent their brand.

The service of this place is really great. My English is not good, they helped me find a translator, and also helped me find the price of each product, because I was sending it to a friend and didn't know the price. Their service is perfect, thumbs up 👍
